I think Puffy is a snake.

That said, he has done an awful lot for Hip Hop.

As far as getting it into the mainstream - where the money is at - Puffy has done more than 2Pac.

2Pac elevated Hip Hop as an art form, Puffy helped give Hip Hop credibility in the music industry as a viable product.
