It's all gone Pete Tong - About a big name DJ back in the 90s who lost his hearing, but still made music and preformed at a club, and ppl went insane cause his stuff was better than when he was able to hear.... Then disapeared after the club. Nobody knows where he is now.

check it out, it's amazing.

''The Elegant Universe''

its about the existence of the universe and how the universe works and what it exactly is etc......it goes about the ‘’new string theory’’ (based on Einsteins theory)...and then about that their could be 11 dimensions in the hole universe......and more

its more a 3 part serie...so I don’t know if its really a movie i think..more a documentary....but its together 3 hours long....and interesting 2 watch if u r in 2 scientifics

Hotel Rwanda

Such a sad sad sad movie. I'm not going to give away any important events in the plot. This movie's just about a Rwandan family that tries to fight themselves out of the impossible. INCREDIBLE movie, I highly recommend it! 9/10. Beautiful performance by Don Cheadle. But realistically, this movie did not show that much gore like its counterpart.........

SCHINDLER's LIST

What can I say, possibly the best movie ever made. Touching. Inspiring. Performances by the actors were unbelievably realistic. 11/10!!

i know we are not supposed to list movies with twists but "unbreakable" was a great movie too. and i think it makes you think, no matter how much you think you know someone or trust them they may end up being the world's worst enemy. definitly a great Samuel L Jackson role!

A Time to Kill was one of two movies that almost made me forgive Joel Schumacher for making Batman and Robin. The other one is Falling Down, with Michael Douglas. Anybody seen this movie, a right-winged war vet, stuck in gridlocked traffic, decides to go "home", leaves his car in traffic, and goes through LA, trashing Korean grocery stores for high prices, attacking a pair of Mexican gang members for "territorial disputes", and holding up a fast-food restaurant because he missed breakfast by a few minutes. Everything he did in that movie has been thought of by at least one of us in here as ("Damn, I'd like to do that shit,"), guaranteed. "I'm just standing up for my rights as a consumer."

i recommend sin city

it looks stunning in black and white and the 3 main storys are good and well paced

and jessica alba is in it :D

i might have to check this out. i was watching mr hollands opus earlier so now i'm a little interested in musicians with no hearing.

an old movie but classic imo

Cool Hand Luke-starring paul newman. yes the guy from the salad dressing bottles. great movie. everyone should see it. shows like the simpsons and family guy have done parodys of this movie before.
another great paul newman movie is - The Verdict.

Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind - One of the most original love stories put on screen. Jim Carrey does an excellent job in a serious role.

Hotel Rwanda - Don Cheadle was robbed of the best actor award. The movie is based only 10 years ago and is still very relevant today.

House of Flying Daggers - the setting in every scene is so well thought out, definetely a must see for movie goers and aspiring directors

Hero - I like kung-fu

Fight Club - Cult classic my friends. What's the first rule of Fight Club?

I don't think I stuck with the guidelines Rukas set forth, but these are definitely movies you've gotta see.

Mean Creek

Saw this last night and I enjoyed it, its about a boy who constantly gets picked on by this fat ass bully at school, so one day the victim, his older brother and his 2 friends organize a canoe ride so they can bring the bully along with them and execute this secretly planned prank on him by stripping him naked and making him run home nude. Things however to turn for the worst when some of the pranksters start to see a different side to this bully and want the practical joke called off, but it's all too little too late when the prank goes horribly wrong.

Ghost In The Shell and Ghost In The Shell 2. Questions the meaning of humanity and artificial life. Watching 2 now, better than 1 but you need to see 1 first.

Everyone should watch Adaptation, that was such a great movie, the scrip was made by the same that wrote Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, just to give you an idea of what it it like

And please, watch Les Choristes if you haven't yet, as well as 8 femme, though that was a very advertised movie.

This weekend I'm going to watch a Russian and a French movie, so I'll came back with more recommendations soon
