ab kobe...6 would be an accomplishment, as was 5 which tied him w/ Magic right, which barely got press
but if it was all just total rings outside of Boston Robert Horry could be the greatest

Kobes a good player and could be the best in the league now but hes also on his decline
I dont think its fair to compare to Michael Jordan because its a set up 2 fall short
nearly any category you want to compare...even if 4 some reason u stretch it to that Kobe never hit .202 or won a college championship

the sports world so "right now" remember the years Kobe missed the playoffs, and the year they were bounced in the 1st round, or losing with Shaq 1 Finals & the other 1, when its all on the front burner, then fast forward to two championships and two championship round MVPs and hes back 2 gold

as far as this year....all the teams have to play it out
it doesnt matter who people argue the better team is in a series bc theres no consolation in being better after you lose

I think we just witnessed the end of a great team in the San Antonio Spurs. To some extent I find it tragic even though I'm a Lakers fan.

LOL @ the Spurs, that must be pretty surreal to go from being #1 seed to getting kicked out by Memphis. Randolph is a beast, they couldn't shut him down.

It will be an interesting series Memphis Vs Oklahoma - young teams.

Lakers I'm just gonna be nervous about until the end I think..

I'm kinda pissed off cos ESPN seem to be showing 1 game a week.. Crap. Need to get HD so I can get an extra channel that plays games too. gah!

When the Knicks traded Zach Randolph, he said something I thought was very true:

"I don't know what they cutting salary for. I was already there, and I'm better than Chris Bosh."

Either way, NYK got Amar'e, so it worked out, but I love watching Randolph play.

^^As a Lakers fan, I'll have to say the Celtics are a bunch of dirty mofos, rotten to the core. ;)

However, I'm still keen to watch how the rest of the series will play out. It was pretty amusing how Lebron did some push ups after getting that hard foul. He landed on his lower back, that must have hurt pretty bad.

:( Lakers.. I hope this loss snaps them into realising they gotta play better. Damn Kobe, couldn't pull off another game winner. Bah! Win the series and all is forgiven.

^^BOOOOO!!;)

This picture cracked me up :D

Rondo must have thought he was hit by a freight train. Really, someone explain to me how they determine what a charge is and what isn't? Looks to me like Rondo had his feet set to take the charge. Side note: Rondo wears Kobe's sneakers.

I have my fair share of doubt on the Lakers this season but I'll admit, in game 1, that last shot by Bryant was just slightly off. That game could have gone either way so I don't think too much about it. Like he said afterwards, he isn't clutch......yeah right.

Game 2 however, Lakers got their a$$es handed to them. Big time. I still think the fans booing was far fetched and uncalled for. Damn it, Lakers better win game 3 as it will be broadcast in my region and I'll be watching it.
