^you gonna bet on it? Otherwise the word you are looking for is prophet. hehe

A) I'm lazy
B) It wasn't there when I checked, now it is but it was seriously like 20 seconds. Booo!
C) I got cable and they still don't show enough games, plus because I'm in Australia they decided to show both of the Bucks games.

Contrary to what Sofi reads on my facebook, I'm presuming thats what you're talking about sofi, I have bet on the miami heat lakers game on christmas day with a friend. 100 euros. I refuse to bet on the 30 game thing, that really is just foolish pride, but god damn if it happens im gonna talk my shit

Trail Blazers center Fabricio Oberto has announced today that he has retired from the game of basketball due to recurrent palpitations related to a prior cardiac condition. Oberto experienced lightheadedness and dizziness during the first half of Portland’s game at Milwaukee on Nov. 2. “I made this decision to put my health and my family in front of basketball,” said Oberto. “It was a tough decision to make after playing for so many years, but it was the right one.”
he was a good hustle play for the spurs.

lol

When it comes to scrappy players it doesn't get much better than Oberto, any team would have taken him really. It's actually good to see him leaving this way and not dying on the court or something. I hated the dude when he was on the Spurs though

interesting night tonight, to say the least.

millsap beastin'.

pacers beastin' in the 3rd quarter. 54 points? What the fuck? I want to see a replay of that whole quarter.

Millsap just slipped into a zone. 2-20 in 3pt shots over five years, then making 3-3 in 9mins? Awesome!! Sportscenter (from Los-Angeles......as Steve Levy kept on saying today) highlighted that. Pacers were sensational as well, shame how their shooting streak ended coz someone apparently didn't know they "were on the verge of history".......yeah right.

Shame Lakers didn't go 12-0 (or 30-0 :D) They started wobbling from the T-wolves game, and the wheels came off in the 4th quarter vs Denver. At least Shanwow pulled off that awesome highlight dunk.

Celtics beat the Heat for the 2nd time this season. Not to mention that monster dunk from Rondo.

Brown has improved so much this season. Awesome.
Gasol was shit tonight. That happens.
:( Lakers lost but it's the whole season that counts, we'll see.

So happy Miami lost. Again.
How is it Lebron can bitch but someone like Robinson can't even slightly raise his hands? lol, good on the commentator for highlighting that too.
Rondo's dunk was big. That lil fella can play!

Haven't caught many other games.. Just too many games not enough time. Wednesday got another LA game though, so :)

bronbron complaining about playing too many minutes against the Celtics has to be the biggest bitch made move I've seen in a while.

Watching that Lakers game was tough. So many bad shots down the stretch, it was like a 3 after 3 after 3. Pau getting blocked towards the end on that soft ass lay up attempt, if you even want to call it that, was really a microcosm of his whole game. He put up nice numbers but he let Al Harrington keep him out of the paint, wtf. No disrespect to Al either, I still love that G State squad that him B Diddy and Stephen Jackson had, but there is no way Pau shouldn't be able to smash on him every single play. I hope the Lakers don't coast like this all season, I'm sure they'll play consistent and determined later on in the season but damn they are winning and losing ugly.

John Wall is going to take home ROY honors easily.

Utah and their last 4 games might be the most impressive stretch I've seen since the Rockets won 20 odd something games in a row.

31 and 31 from Kevin Love, that's definitely the best stat line he'll ever put up, damn impressive

Definitely a bitch move the way I see it. I always thought players like Lebron wanted to play loads of minutes during a game? I didn't get his point although he attempted to clear things up. Other players complain of not getting enough minutes, then there is Lebron. He should just use his 'talents' and play to win. Anyway, Heat coach probably has the toughest job in the NBA right now. Too many expectations after an off season that grabbed all the headlines.

Lakers lost to the the Suns last night. That was one of those games that you just have to let go. When a team makes 66pts worth of three pointers you can't possibly have much of a winning chance. Could they have defended better? Probably, but its just a night where everything is going for the other team. Then there was the issue of the technical foul call on Odom. However, there was this:

ROY most likely will go John Wall's way but Blake Griffin has a chance as well. If both players stay injury free all season, it will be fun seeing how it turns out.

- Utah are a self imposed comeback team. Its all about defense and execution.

- Kevin Love's 31pts-31rebounds is not even achievable on Playstation.

- The Spurs submarine needs to start getting the attention they deserve.

Good point about the Spurs. They've been flying under the radar. Too much attention on the Lakers, Hornets, and Jazz in the West. I never count the Spurs out because they've proven themselves in the past and have retained the core 3. So, it will be interesting. The Jazz have not proven themselves but could this be the year? Probably not, but it'd be nice if they didn't have to play LA till the conference finals.

Wall and Griffin are awesome, but I'd like to see some wins.

Wall had a scare about his ankle against the Bulls, he came back and played though. Arenas played pretty well that game, he had a really bad turnover but I didnt see too much wrong with him.

Kobe stays abusing Grant Hill. Remember when he dropped him a year ago?
