^^Careful with the officiating comment Yak, you just might get a warning from Stern at the rate he's going
I will take a step back here and say the Lakers can still get control of this series. From some of the comments I've read on FB&G one would be forgiven for thinking that the Lakers were trailing 3-1. Whatever happened last night was downright nasty for any Lakers fan to watch. I was following the game cast during the last few minutes and I was totally shocked when the Lakers were trailing +20pts in the 4th. OKC are definitely playing like the team that wants it more at the moment. The best question I've read so far is, "Who is the number 1 seed and the number 8 seed again?".
As for Fisher, sure. Lakers have been heavily lacking at the PG position even during the playoffs last year. I remember when Fisher hit that huge 3 pointer in the finals, plenty of Lakers fans sent in their apologies for doubting him the whole season (up to that point). Wherever the Lakers will get a PG from during the off season is really beyond me. To think the Lakers could have picked Westbrook instead of Farmar keeps me wondering. There are already plenty of increased grumblings about Artest coming in and, Ariza leaving. Ariza left because of bad advise from his agent, not because of the Lakers. He's currently earning the same cash the Lakers had offered him, his agent thought he was worth more.
I always thought Wade had a good chance of going to Chicago. When the playoffs started, I thought when he said he loves Chicago but his heart is in Miami, he was getting a bit ahead of himself. The guy has mad talent, I don't like seeing players as good as him head out during the first round. Contracts and affordability aside, the Bulls would do everything they can to get him on their team. He's the one who just doesn't want to move at the moment.
Yeech, at least the next time the Lakers play is on Tuesday night. I've had enough of them for now.
