yeah, shes also got 5 kids. im in a happy mood so ill dig up the thing and post you what D sent to scopio (or someone from that shady deal)
"hi, guys. i want to send you both an email so we can try to make some sense out of the recent confusion. first, let me thank you, scorpio, for helping us in this deal, despite how it turned out. your efforts are appreciated. neither of us are pointing fingers and this is probably the best way to get everyone on the same page.
when julien contacted you through myspace originally he was pursuing 2pac material - not necessarily outlawz tracks and such. perhaps he wasn't 100% clear on that. when you and i spoke on the phone at length, however, i had asked if the song contained pac vocals to which you said yes. remember we had the conversation about the estate, how i had problems dealing with them, and how you said that you didn't have any interest in bringing this track to them? the implication was further present that this was a 2pac song because why else would the estate even care about it? you had also mentioned recording with pac, then heading to dre's to record more, etc, etc. what really was seeming to be the case was that the song was the original version of how many shots will it take with 2pac and furious five vocals and this seemed interesting enough to us that we'd pay nearly a grand for the pleasure of hearing it.
anyway, my brother and i have been pac fans since his first album and so we are both very well versed in what's out and what's not. in our phone conversation i mentioned an outlawz version of how many shots leaking and you said you had heard this song leaked, and you were surprised because it had the same beat, but it wasn't the same song as we were dealing with. i had stated that yes, the outlawz had from time to time recorded to beats pac had used previously and you laughed about that and assured me that you had the legitimate, genuine item (that you were offered as much as $7,000 for once). unfortunately what we received for the $860 was the identical track that had leaked out on the old east 2 west (one nation) bootleg from 1997. i compared the waveform signatures of the version we've had for 11 years and the version emailed yesterday and indeed they are one and the same. being that the mp3 file was emailed to you from young noble, i suspect he had just downloaded the song when it was posted on the old 1nation entertainment (outlawz) message forums as he was very active there.
to summarize, i like you and i don't want to think that you entered into this deal with the intention of taking our money for something that indeed did not have pac vocals and was very common. i'd like to remedy this situation if possible. i propose a return of half of the money. i think this is a fair solution to the confusion and you still benefit, so we should all be able to leave the table happy. likewise, i'm still willing to offer you radio promotion in the windy city and if we can help you sell t-shirts we can do that too. we are good friends with a 2pac webmaster whose site gets 5,000+ unique hits daily. that kind of traffic would certainly help your sales.
anyway i hope that this email simplifies things a bit before they get out of hand. please consider the return of half the money - that would make me feel a lot better and the same with my brother. i'd like to keep the door open for future business (be it 2pac related or not) and that gesture would really help motivate me to work on other potential projects."
i wouldnt really care if he actually delivered on the shit he sells, and didnt degrade the expensive shit. i was gonna go begin buying their shit, and had money ready just to send to them, but my friend told me to wait a week or two because id regret it and this happened. if anyone has any questions,id love to answer them about the recent exposure. dont ask me anything dante related though like who he is ect,
