I'm not but when I opened my eyes to the sound of a wrrrring vacuum it was like the scene in Aladdin when he pissed the lion cave off. Who dares to disturb my slumber?! ...and then I waited for a minute bc maybe he spilled his late night bowl of cereal snack and was trying to clean it up. I've been there. But no. I let it go on for 5 mins and then I raged.
People like that are the reason I sleep with ear plugs. I CANNOT sleep without them, can't even nap without them.
We have room phones in our hotels, so if someone gets loud, there have been a few times where I called the person above or to the side of me and just bitched them out while changing my accent. Since there are people either above or below us, and then on both sides of us, they never really know. Or no one has come and told me anything. It stopped after that.
Until the girls next door really enjoyed laughing and talking in their bathroom loudly when it was past midnight on a school day. They would move furniture around, drop things as a hobby, etc. Finally, I had enough and so for a week straight, I would call that room in the middle of the night, let it ring a few times and hang up. It was before exams, so staying up until 3 or getting up around 5 wasn't unexpected.

There are two coonettes in my class that used to sit behind me my first semester. We didn't have assigned seating, but my friends and I would sit under the AC vent because we liked it colder than the rest of the class. Towards the end of the semester, these chimpettes would bring in chicken wings from the cafeteria or chips, or any sort of messy finger food, and chew loudly and suck their fingers afterwards. I wanted to kill them. I was the first to be annoyed by it, because I have a short temper with coon attitudes (which aren't limited to just coons). But it was too long before my friends were getting pissed and finally one of them got uber pissed and turned around and said "if you don't stop chewing like that, I will kick you in the throat."
Those coons moved as soon as the next class started and never came back to our area.

I knew I saw a show on HBO with Julia in it. I think it was a commercial, though. I saw it after GoT last week.
Isn't there another show with Jeff Daniels in it on HBO?
