My predictions goes like this

GM 1: Lakers 108, Magic 98
GM 2: Lakers 116, Magic 100
GM 3: Magic 112, Lakers 98 (Lakers a little rusty flying across the US to the East)

GM 4: Lakers 106, Magic 97
GM 5: Lakers 115, Magic 106 (Lakers in 5) Kobe your MVP

I hope this is the outcome. haha, fuuuuck. That's some good predictions. But damn, it sounds good.

Before the game I saw that Phil has 9 Championships and 10 breaks the record, so from there I decided Lakers. So far, so good.

Lakers played a beautiful game, Magic was out-classed. Hope the rest of the games are a little closer though.

Are you serious? I thought it was shut down Kobe and have the rest of the team beat you. lol. That was everyone else's plan throughout the playoffs.

that plan never works. kobes gonna score regardless. once the supporting cast starts scoring than its a wrap. i say let kobe drop all the points he can and try to shut out the rest. think about it, when kobe didnt have gasol and when bynum was even more a soft bitch, kobe dropped like 50 and theyd still lost.

if kobes on a scoring tear and the coach wants them to double him thatll leave someone open right. so that open dude starts catchin rhythm game over. who u gonna stop? kobe? (fill in names)?

It's like at the end of the 3rd Phil wanted the rest of the Lakers to be more involved, when you have the whole team playing well its better than just having one.

It's not just about the open dudes though, 'cause our players create mismatches. Lamar odom was tearing it up tonight, and he wasn't even 'OPEN' for half of the shots he took. Usually he was at the right spots at the right times, but kobe still got him the ball.

Think about it, Kobe was never double teamed the whole night, yet he still managed to get his 7-8 assists. He was getting everyone involved as well, and he still got 40 points.

To me, the Magic have no answer for Kobe, but do they have an answer for the role players?

When Kobe scores high, the Lakers pull off a win if the role players do a semi-productive job. When Kobe scores low and is a passer instead of a scorer... and the role players have big games, the Lakers win huge (game 5 of west finals)
