cool it guys

1. one of the best verses kurupt ever dropped was on a 14-minute death row freestyle session with dre, lady of rage and daz.
2. i don't really like jay-z at all barring a select few tracks
3. despite the fact that dre doesn't write his own rhymes, and talks about stuff that's not real as far as how he's living his life goes, i still love it whenever dre drops a verse and it still sounds gangsta even though he's old
4. i agree that the slim shady lp is the best eminem album. i also think that the marshall mathers lp is one of the better follow-up albums by a mainstream artist
5. i disagree that snoop fell off a little on the doggfather
6. donny rizzo has one of the dopest flows i have ever heard. listen to the el riz freestyle, the way he creates rythm with his rhymes is crazy. it's not him rhyming to a beat, it's him and the beat dancing swing together.
7. the dopest production i know is e-40's things'll never change, simply because it's so musical. real piano, real guitar, real bass. i prefer live played hiphop beats to looped stuff and samples.
8. i think crooked i is hyped up, but "nobody understands me" and "crook in me" are among my favorite hiphop tracks.
sippin tanqueray and blunts ?
crooked i is crazy, but his production has been lacking.

1. Nas murdered Jay Z with ether, it should be a crime to kill somebody on wax as bad as nas did.
2. Jay Z is a dick ridin faggot, went from kane to irv to big and eminem murdered him on his own shit.
3. Canibus is the best lyricist alive and probably the best lyricist EVER
4. Big Pun is heavily underrated
5. Cuban link, Cormega, GZA, AZ are some of the most slept on ever
6. Nas is a much more creative, original, rapper and has a better catalogue of music than jay z

1. You're crazy on this one
2. Nas is way better
3.Talib Kweli is great, his transition from underground to mainstream was made so nicely
4.i can't really admire a man who says that much shit , no matter how much money he makes
5.Probably ice cube, scarface, dre and many others, hell pac wasn't the first nor the most original rapper

1)Would've liked a few more showing his serious side.Only (good) one's I can think of are:Mockingbyrd and We As Americans.
2)One word: NAS
3)Think Talib is a good musician, his music just don't appeal to me a whole lot.
4)50 Cent is definately getting paid, but he is about a lot of things that I am against. And I agree his flow has gotten horrible.
5)I wouldn't say bit,but maybe borrowed.Although I don't see too many comparisons. While Cube can stand on his own lyrically,I think Pac surpassed him by far.

1. Can't stand Eminem. his voice makes me want to cut my vains + There are so many better white MCs out there.
2. I Hate "Dr. Dre - 2001", "Scarface - The Fix", and I am beginning to dislike Z Ro (STOP WITH ALL THE SINGING!)
3. I find Necro fans funny. Most of them seem to know he's wack, yet get his albums just to hear the beats. Personally, I will never get an album just because of the production, simply because I know it will get old REALLY fast (i.e: "The Fix").
4. Kanye is probably the worst producer turned rapper I have ever heard in my life. I don't see how people can enjoy his music, when the guy doesn't have any kind of flow & has the lyrical skill of a 13 year old inbred redneck.

1) Musically speaking, I think Paid in Full is HIGHLY overrated.

2) Nas came great on Stillmatic, good on God's Sun but Street's Disciple was a disappointment.

3) Obie Trice could be one of the most successful members on the Aftermath roster, if they start marketing him right.

4) Both Encore and The Eminem Show are albums Eminem should be ashamed of.

5) No rapper in the game has yet come even close to matching Pac for musical talent and charisma.

1. I listened to a Nelly album yesterday - And liked it.
2. I think Eminem is more talented than Nas.
3. I think Eminem show was just as shit as Encore.
4. I prefered Massacre to GRODT.
5. Canibus is Novelty.
6. I only like 2 tracks of "Only built for cuban linx".
7. Wu-Tang aren't the greatest rap collective ever. IMO.

EDIT - STOP POSTING ABOUT EMINEM AND WIGGERS. KDOGG YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. NEXT STOP IS A BAN. YOU AND LINX HAVE RUINED THIS THREAD.

And i'd agree Eminem is a wigger. But that is nothing to do with this thread. It's not a confession, and doesn't take away from his obvious talent.

who would you say is? there have been better 3 man groups IMO but no crew as large and independatly talented as the WU

True. For a group so large they deserve the recognition. But I remember someone from the Wu saying each was an amazing MC in their own right. Which I don't agree with.
They were all above average with maybe 2 0r 3 standing out.

I would agree, only a few stand out.

but as you said the rest where above avrage. so with that and 3-4 stand outs that should make them the best.

but this is about your oppion.

Well I was thinking of smaller crews. But now my opinion has changed. You've persuaded me. :( ;)
