2pacboard, this is why I love you guys. I refuse to click, refuse to download, and refuse to listen. Same treatment I gave Loyal 2 The Game until Dante dropped his OG Vibed versions.
If this is just Untouchable except over a different beat, why do I wanna hear Swiss Cheese screw it up?
Dante, I've never seen you so pissed before. I think Ruk even had to edit one of your posts. Lol. Here's hoping that in your anger you make volume 3 of your series better than anything. Or even give us an OG Vibe of this song, but with how disgusted you sound I don't even think you will bother this time.
oh, and to all the people desperately trying to push forward the tired excuse of "oh, the kids will buy pac because they did this" or "pac will be heard at the clubs because of this" etc etc etc...isn't it about time you realized that this sort of hope NEVER WORKS? kids/teens/etc are not going to gravitate towards a guy who they can't see talking to them on MTV or at awards shows or on teh cover of their magazines because he's DEAD. and by now we've reached the point where this current generation of clubgoers is so far removed from 'pac's death that they don't really give a shit about him. to them 'pac is nothing more than "changes" and "california love." and he will never be anything more than that in the eyes of the mass media and mass consumer society, ever again.
and be honest--do you think the average clubgoer, in your honest opinion, will have an appreciation for the softer, deeper, more political side of 'pac? namely, do you think they will be INTELLIGENT enough to even understand that side of 'pac? i'm not saying ALL clubgoers will not care. i'm just saying, most are not gonna give a shit once the track ends.
the time for us depending on others, namely, those who have failed so miserably year after year after year after year (amaru), to spread 'Pac's message is over. either we spread it ourselves, through a grassroots movement, through sharing the unreleased, original OG stuff on our own or hooking people up with it...or we leave the current generation to find it for themselves. and just to make myself clear, the latter option isn't necessarily bad.
and this is all i have to say about this subject. i do hope most of you agree.
