Bah, Celtics got taken out. Cavs are in favor of getting home court advantage if they get to the finals. They've already got that x- besides their name in the standings. First team to do so as well. Lakers are 3.5 games behind them and, judging from their form of late...........

I agree that R. Wallace has fallen off big time, he used to be a gem on the court. As much as he is struggling of recent, I guess KG can leave the game knowing he won a championship. There was no way he was going to get one with the T-wolves. I don't see him winning another one with the Celtics. At least he won't be on that dreaded list of "best players to never win a championship"

How about Kobe being "mature" on the criticism by Gasol? I never thought i'd live to see the moment when Kobe doesn't respond to criticism from his teammates. Shoulda been this way with Shaq as well.
That's interesting. Did you read the GQ interview on Kobe? He mentioned the thing with Shaq. He did say that in hindsight, it would have been better not to respond to the things Shaq said about him. He's prolly using the same mentality this time.

Did anyone here watch the HBO documentary on Larry Bird and Magic Johnson? It's gotten rave reviews from basketball fans. I'll have to download it as soon as a torrent is available. Still on hoops documentaries, what were your thoughts on 'More than a game'? I thought it was a good watch. Only thing is that when you watch it the first time, you probably won't see the need to watch it again.

anyone catch the espn 30:30 reggie miller documentary? the footage of the knicks and pacers gettin brolic made me nostalgic as hell. can you imagine lebron's or kobe's crying asses grinding through games like that? on the other hand, a little asshole like chris paul would still be the man...

and yo, john starks's ungrammatical ass was funny as shit: "Did this dude just did this?" lmao.

i saw that larry bird and magic documentary. it was interesting.

i heard about 30:30 reggie miller documentary, didnt see it yet thou thou. reggie is prob the most clutch player ever along with horry.

That nose picking is horrendous, especially that he's done it in public.

I'll have to look for the Reggie Miller documentary as well. He is definitely clutch. This isn't an NBA highlight but, it sure is on the same level. It was number 1 on SC top 10 plays. Hillcrest 5-11 senior Trey Starks dunks over 6-6 player from Oakville Academy in Missouri class 5 championship game. It's nuts!!

I didn't watch the game but, Lakers had quite a battle at Golden State. Amazing how GS cut down a massive lead in the final few seconds. I guess they didn't want that label of 'season sweep'.

^ROFL!

Mike Bibby's like "yo Josh chill... get your hands off me yo... wtf? the hell's wrong with you Josh? Josh! ... wtf?... shit!"

Yea, Lakers should have dominated last night. Kobe-less lakers would have blown them out.

just finished watch the lakers/warriors from last night. WOW what a crazy ending. i thought Ellis was gonna sink that 3 at the end.

Stephen Curry is a beast, even though im a laker guy. i think im gonna order me a Curry jersey. he is the Warriors future, if GS ever trades him, the NBA needs to disban them and they can play in a overseas league.

^knowing g-state theyll trade him in his prime lol

currys perfect for that system with his shooting and he'll only get better.

george hill is destroying the miami backcourt. wade/arroyo/chalmers all shook. finally, rj is comin around.

I was at the Oracle Arena yesterday for the game

GREAT game!

Playoff feeling on the crowd
every time lakers fans would try to chant MVP for Kobe and the other half of the arena would just go BOOOOOO

Curry is fucking fast and smart.
I think the only guys on the Lakers squad that talk to each other are, Morrison, Powel, Mbemga, Vujacic, Walton, Farmar and Shannon
Looks like a big old company atmosphere, go there do your job and go home, no fun at all....

But anyway, nice game until the last second.
If the Warriors can get a nice D player, they'll be a fun team to watch next season!

g-state got a shit load of talent but no guidance in my imo. baron davis would do damage if he was on the roster. the team was done when they traded jason richardson and bellineli turned out to be a bust.

brewer posterized lopez in the game i was like goddamn. lopez when up with two tryna pin it or something but that doesnt matter anymore.

yeah that year you beat the top seeded 67 win dallas team, then lose against utah. the off season they should have built from that. got 1 or 2 free agents in there. they would have easily been a 54 win team within a yr or two.

hopefully Curry pans out for them, but when the time his contract is up. he could wind up leaving, and the front office wouldnt pay him the money hes worth.

your right though, GS has no guidance. as does the Clippers. NBA should come to a decison and say hey lets move the Clips to either Anaheim or lets put a team back in Seattle.

oo man the clippers got some of the worst luck ive ever seen. baron davis cant do much there since the team doesnt really run a lot. bd plays better in a freestyle offense like the warriors or suns. idk what kind offense they got up there.

im sure if brand didnt freak the organization they would be a playoff team. davis/brand should a nice pick n roll or pick n pop combo.
