I wont be watching ti'll next season either, if the Lakers lose.

But yea, like Shadows said, they'll win. I'm pretty damn sure about it. It's David Stern's way of racking in more and more money for the league. Takin it to 7 games.

yea
stern...
help rockets?
ahahahahaha
damnn
last game
when rockets were owning they showed stern with his mouth open
he was like WTF, refs r not lisening to me
ahhahaha

racking in more and more money for the league?
then why lebron owned in 4-0
denver 3-1
................

I belive lakers will win on sunday
but if they do lose
kobe should ask for trade

Game 6 of the Western Conference semifinal series between the Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets was the most watched basketball game ever on ESPN.

The Rockets' 95-80 victory on Thursday drew 7.35 million viewers, topping the 6.6 million that watched Miami beat Detroit in Game 6 of the 2006 Eastern Conference finals.

The game earned a 5.4 national rating and a 16.0 rating in Houston, ESPN's highest local rating for an NBA telecast. ESPN's audience for its six conference semifinal games is up 16 percent from last year.

The rating is the percentage of all homes with televisions tuned into a program, while the share is the percentage of all TVs in use at the time.
wow, with that said... what do you guys think the ratings would be if the finals were Kobe vs. Lebron? haha, wow.

maybe its just me but does anybody want to slap the shit of Jeff Van Gundy?? he acts like a know it all and he comes up with dumb ass comments every now and then.

he reminds me of someone that whatever you got he's got better. somebody who brags and gloats too

a conversation with Jeff...

me: hey jeff i play NBA Live 09 on the PS3 i got the 80 GB one, best B-ball game out there.

jeff: i bought my Kids a PS3 160 GB, ha you can do more

me: who's the better coach.. Rudy T or Popovich?? i think Rudy by far.

Jeff: no way Popovich is better

thats all im saying you can tell what type of person he is by hearing him do commentary.

I actually think Jeff Van Gundy is a funny man. Not in a comedic sense, but he's such an idiot and he says such dumb ass things that you end up laughing at HIM instead of what he says lol. Gotta love that dude.

The playoffs just aren't complete without...

who?

Bill walton. The man's been out with back problems all season. We need his dumbass commentary as well.

“As much as people talk about my age, I think I can still play at a high level,’’ said Jason Kidd. “Maybe three more years.’’

That's not just J-Kidd issuing his comments during Thursday's Exit Interviews; that's also Jason Kidd lauching his contract negotiations with the Mavs and any other suitor. We offer up Exit Interview Quick Takes – complete with AUDIO at the AAC – this one from Jason Kidd.

Here’s J-Kidd in his own words:

*On wanting to remain in Dallas: “I'm not looking at it as … hitching on a bandwagon and jumping on with a team that's a favorite. I'm looking to help a team try to win a championship. Whether it's here in Dallas or wherever it may be, I still feel that I have a lot to give to the game."

*On considering other teams as a free agent: “I want to compete. … If they are looking at my age then that would eliminate that team … I'd love to win a title. But you can pick the favorite for next year and then things could go sideways.’’

*On his age: “As much as people talk about my age I think I can still play at a high level, maybe three more years.’’

*On the state of the Mavs: “I think we're happy with the growth. … but it ended sooner than we wanted. … You look at Denver, LA, Cleveland, they are all healthy. … We had a good bench. Now each guy needs to bring something from the summer. … We never fragmented. … I have great teammates here. … We'd love to come back and win in Dallas.’’

*On his immediate plans: “I know I want a vacation.. … that's all I know.’’
prob the lakers?
