Sigh is full of shit, this movie was AMAZING, omg.
It's so much more than a comic book or superhero movie, it's a big ol' crime drama, with comic book characters, it was superb.
Heath Ledger IS the Joker, he blew me away, they show nothing of what he really is in the trailers and tv spots. He is literally disease that has come over Gotham, fucking incredbile acting.
I'm gonna go see this at least 2 more times, this is the Batman movie that should've come out 20 years ago, best movie I've seen all year, greatest comic book movie EVER.

Incredible movie. I saw it a few hours ago. Ledger's Joker is amazing. I've not been moved by a performance like that in quite some time. There's no sympathy vote from me--it is acting at it's finest. The voice, the mannerisms, the quirks, the facial expressions, the walk....everything was amazing.
The movie itself is awesome. It's not even a comic-book adaptation...it's a movie of it's own. Batman just happens to be in it. The scene where they are transporting Harvey Dent through Gotham City with SWAT is crazy.

All I have to say is O-M-G and Heath Ledger was B-R-I-L-L-I-A-N-T!
This has to get an Oscar nomination for Heath Ledger's performance and for Best Picture at the very least.
And if they are going to make another one, they can absolutely not include the Joker. Heath's performance cannot be replaced. He cannot be replaced.
