What's wrong here?

The error is that the word "its" in "Its impossible!" is supposed to have an apostrophe and it does not. It does not say that the error is in the alphabet

wouldn't that make "It's" possessive.

"It" doesn't own "impossible" so i don't see how that makes sense.
 
COMMON MISTAKES

There are two very common mistakes in apostrophe use, and both come from not following the rules set out above:

Its, It's and Its': The possessive form of the word "it" is "its", without an apostrophe anywhere, because it is a pronoun and follows the special rules for possessive pronouns. It's can only mean it is, or it has following the rules for contractions, and depending on context, and it's doesn't exist at all, since the plural of it is they.

In this situation "it's" standed for "it is".
"It is impossible" = "It's impossible" = correct
"Its impossible" = wrong because it would mean "impossible" is possesed by "it".
