This is my thread

Got back from Orlando. I'm finally dark again. Also back in 40 degree weather again. But that's OK.

Veep started last night. Still haven't given GoT a proper chance and I doubt I will for a few months. I watched both seasons of Real Husbands of Hollywood in like...2 days. It's actually a great show for a show on BET. I didn't like the first 20 seconds of True Detective. I'm sad The Walking Dead is done until October.

In the last 4+ years, no one on this forum has shared a major life changing event. No one died, got married, or made it to the NBA.

I need to hang out with cooler e-friends.

My Dad bought me a new M3 and he's talking about putting me through med school as well. I don't want to go to any school just because, probably go to an island or something to make it an experience. I scored a pretty sick header out jumping the keeper tonight, I wanted to snapchat it but that would have been a tough selfie to take

My dad's looking for a two door, now. It's always been his dream to have an SL, so I think he's looking to get one this summer.

Meanwhile, I need to get my boards out of the way.

My friends are interpreting at Bonnaroo this year. I'm thinking about going but I'm not sure about sleeping in a tent for 4 days. I'm a shower 2 times a day-carry a toothbrush in my purse kind of girl. I doubt I could hack it.

You should all come to London.

Stay in a hotel of course. :) Not at mine. :)

But there should be a streethop London reunion/

One of my good friends is marrying a man from London (don't ask where because I always forget) I don't know where they plan to live yet but if it's London, I will be visiting a lot, maybe. They both love to travel though so I suspect they won't end up in either of their birthplaces. But, who knows???

Before the Alpina, he was looking at an S or SL 65. Which I believe both cost more than the SLS. The SLS coupe, is a tad more, obviously.

But now, he just wants a simple cruiser. I don't think he's looking to break his neck with a 0-60 closer to 2 seconds. Like I said, he's had a thing for Mercs.

Another BMW is kind of out of the question. It'd make three and, like I said, my dad has had his eyes on an SL since I was a little kid. Same with a Rolls, believe it or not. He said he may not really drive it, but it would be his gift to himself when he reaches a certain milestone in his career.

If I could convince him (which I can't) to look at other things, I'd tell him to look at the Jaguar's XK or F-Type. I think both of them are beautiful cars and they sound amazing. It's hard to believe but there are not many nice convertibles in such a strict price range of the SL. Some are not quite up to the mark of the SL and then there are others that are in a league of their own. $100K is kind of no-man's land.
