Enough with the gear talk. Now, can someone post a picture?

Perhaps it's because two great role models, John Glenn and Neil Armstrong, are from Ohio. Perhaps it's because Ohio is the birthplace of flight. Maybe it's the schools or the good-old midwestern work ethic. We're not exactly sure why we have so many, but Ohioans are proud of our astronauts!

I never formally learned how to drive stick because we always had automatics. I learned from a friend in college who had a manual E30 325is. So while I know how to drive stick, I enjoy not worrying about shifting while driving around town in stop-and-go traffic.

The only thing I would give up automatic for would be dual-clutch/SMG. I'd slap the shit out of anyone with a manual car every time, and guess what? I'd still be shifting myself.

My town is built on a slope basically, and Norway in general has lots of mountains, hills, and rocks. Plus lots of ice during the winter season. I drive 4WD stick, but I wish I had auomatic. Stopping at a red light in an upwards slope on an icey road, and then taking off again while driving stick, is just too much pressure.

RWD Automatics are a nightmare in the snow. Loads of beemers got abandoned when we had a load of snow last year.

Just curious, but on that cow picture I posted earlier. If you look at the cow's mouth in the second picture, the spots on its lip makes it look like it's showing its teeth. Am I the only one seeing this? What a great shot. Btw., also:
