I made a blog about this when it came out. It's a poor parody considering that anyone who has ever heard Prince talk knows that he has a very deep voice... and he doesn't speak quietly......and he hasn't dressed like that since 1984, and even then it was for a 2-album timespan (1999 and Purple Rain) that lasted less than 3 years. It's just not a good parody. Then again, it's Family Guy and their jokes are usually ridiculous and make no sense lol.
