1. Why don't the songs sound like anything else Michael ever recorded, including songs recorded in the SAME year like Hold My Hand? Bear in mind, "low budget studios" and "vocal processing" don't count, as I've already debunked both of these points and they are now invalid, having worked in studios myself for over 8 years and recorded everywhere from bedroom studios, engineering things myself, to the most expensive studios in the world with top-class engineers.
2. Why are there NO adlibs, NO scratch vocal takes, demo takes, NO recordings of him humming parts of the songs as he was ALWAYS known to do? Why are there NO lyric sheets, NO pictures of Michael recording, NO video footage of Michael recording, not a SINGLE piece of evidence that any recordings were made with the Cascio's?
To quote Taryll Jackson:
"If you question the validity of a professional photo you can ask the photographer for more pictures from that photo shoot. If it is authentic the photographer will turn over different shots. Some with different poses, some even with eyes closed. I questioned the validity of the vocal's on "breaking news" and several other songs of theirs that I've heard and they told me no other takes or tracks exist. They claim my uncle was so happy with the performance he instructed them to delete all the other files. I had the honor to learn and watch my uncle record my entire life and that is NOT how he worked. No outtakes, no other tracks, no backups, no proof. roughly 10 songs they turned in… same story for all of them. I asked for the computer it was created on... they said it broke. I asked for the original hard drive... they said it was destroyed. One dubious excuse after another."
3. Eddie Cascio has a audio engineering qualification. WHY did he send already processed vocal tracks to the Estate as opposed to the original, unedited tracks? ANYONE who knows ANYTHING about audio engineering will tell you that there's ALWAYS an unedited version of the vocal as a backup in case you decide to undo what you did and mix the tracks differently. Since he has a qualification, he WOULD know this.
4. Why are there NO real MJ adlibs on ANY of the Cascio songs so they had to sample in adlibs from older, released songs? "Keep Your Head Up" has samples from Earth Song. "Breaking News" has samples from "Another Part Of Me" and some other things. "Monster" too, also contains adlibs from older songs.
5. Why is there a digitally added vibrato on the Cascio vocals? I've asked every producer I know when would be the appropriate time to add a digital vibrato, and they ALL said "when the singer isn't good enough to sing a real vibrato". Obviously not the case with Michael, and before you say "maybe his voice wasn't in good shape" - he sounds incredible on "Hold My Hand", recorded the SAME year.
6. Will.I.Am worked with Michael in 2006 and 2007 in Ireland and Las Vegas. He said that after the sessions, he'd keep the music on his hard drives and Michael would keep his recorded vocals on his. If that's the case, WHY would MJ leave vocals with the Cascio's? If the Cascio's did indeed record with Michael (which there's no evidence for), it's logical to assume Michael took the vocals, the Cascio's remembered how the songs went and recreated them with either Eddie, James Porte or someone else singing them, then sampled in MJ breaths and adlibs from other places to mask it.
7. WHY did the Cascio's not register anything until after Michael died? Also, songs were never registered individually, as is standard practice, but instead were all registered together under the name "MJ Songbook", with NO individual songnames listed? Also - this "MJ Songbook" registration was NOT for songs. It was for LYRICS only. The only LOGICAL assumption here is that Michael WROTE these songs, but didn't record them. Otherwise - the Cascio's would have registered SONGS in the first place, and not just lyrics. So - WHY was the filing just for lyrics and not for songs?
It doesn't take a genius to realise that what seems to have happened is that Michael wrote down a bunch of lyrics in a book, perhaps even to some rudimentary music produced by Eddie, left the "Songbook" with the Cascio's, who saw their opportunity to make money after he died, registered the songs, then recorded someone else singing the lyrics that Michael wrote, processed the fuck out of them to try and cover up the fact that it wasn't MJ, added in sampled breaths and adlibs from other songs to further mask the fake vocals, then SOLD these tracks to the Estate.
