U.K
got me thinking why was this re-released as a remix on a deathrow period release (better dayz), why was this re-released and not any other pre-dr track??

I think they re-released that track because of the concept they had, and the fact that the OG was only released on some obscure soundtrack.

because they have a boner for ruining songs, regardless of when it was recorded
i think this was a good remix, betta than the one released on soundtrack.
and dante dont you know:eek: , guess we might aswell close this thread:p

I guess they thought it was too much of a good song not to put on a 2Pac album. Same thing with Loyal 2 The Game I guess. Except the Loyal 2 The Game remix was garbage and My Block wasn't.

So we can blame Amaru for Nu-Mixx Klazzics, since Death Row might have gotten the bright idea from this. It's bad enough that they put two versions of the same song (Until the End of Time, Thug N U Thug N Me, Fair Xchange, and Thugz Mansion, specifically) on the same album, now they have to go back and remix old songs. Don't be surprised if the next Pac album has a remix of High Till I Die or Troublesome, based on their trend of remixing less popular pre-Death Row Pac songs from soundtracks (My Block and Loyal to the Game).

my block BD version>my block show version.
the version on the show isnt the og though right?
I wouldnt consider it not be OG, Dante said that theres just a missing instrument layer, but dont they always tweak atleast a little bit before releasing it?

Not really, Friends was released on a unpopular Deathrow compilation after Pacs death, as was Late Nite and Who Do you Believe In. It's a totally different story, and stop putting dots after everything you say, you're not mysterious.

nu mixx had some dope remixes on it, people just over look it because of how great the regular versions of those songs were

nu mixx shits over loyal to the game

I heard they were also going to put High til I die on as well. I believe that Amaru understands that songs are quality and wanted to give them a second chance.
