Masta. Soda plays a huge part in fat around the waste. It fucks with your insulin and glucose levels in a horrible way and yeah, you become a fatty. Just stop drinking soda and sugary drinks and you'll be fine. If you need to drink a sugary drink mix it with water, you'll barely tell the difference
Yeah, I know. I even give that advice to other people trying to lose weight, but.. Coke and pizza are two things that are the hardest for me to kick out of my diet. I think I'm addicted. I eat pizza only once a week or so now, and limited myself to 2 small cans of coke a day, but when I'm not drinking coke I'm drinking fruit juice, which contains almost as much sugar. I just don't like the taste of water, unless I'm at the gym
