Oh wow, that's crazy. I need a notebook that is potent and portable so I find the 13" MBP I have a fine balance between the two. Beyond 15" is considered a "desktop replacement" but has to be a bitch to lug around if you travel a good bit and walk around campus with it.

My only reason for buying a laptop is being able to sit wherever the fuck i want instead of at the desk. It is a tad heavy i guess, but i just throw it in my ruck sack if i do take it anywhere.

Yeah I have a 14 inch IBM laptop and I dislike carrying it around, even though it's quite lightweight compared to other modern 14-15 inch laptops.

S O F I, in a few years when Google TV disappears, get an Aquos.

^in a few years I would get an OLED. This year LG's 31 inch OLED screen has been announced:

They are much better than LCD in all aspects except of price (at the moment) which should in the end be lower thanks to lower manufacturing costs. However I say at least 5 years will pass until OLED Tvs will be as affordable as LCD TVs are at the moment.

AND you can hook it up with a Google TV too

thats so nice, aesthetically. but its probably too thin to mount of the wall because there are no ports on the sides, and the base with all the ports would be right behind the tv screen.
