SOPA got knocked down a year ago. I think there are enough people on the internet that know about this shit that if and when a petition is put out like that, they take action. That's how SOPA was stopped in its tracks.


Why are we arguing about this shit? I am not lacking anything right now with what I use. I'm set on software, TV shows, movies, and other miscellaneous shit.

You said you haven't heard anything from the RIAA and I said that's because they're focusing on legislation like SOPA more, there are bills coming down this year that the internet will have to stop in it's tracks, over and over again

I'm going to use it as much as possible. It's still running really slow. Kim Dotcom, such a dumb name, said they're fixing code and the servers are settling in so it'll be ok soon. So really who knows, the amount of traffic it's getting is probably high as fuck. Seriously though, megaupload was the best site to use back in it's prime and mega is better. The encryption, the speeds they're talking about, no limits, I'm excited for it

Part of the "problem" is, it's nothing more than Dropbox, but more shady.
You have to pay for storage and don't get paid for downloads your files get anymore. This doesn't sound like a host of choice for file uploaders. But we'll see. It'd like it to work.

yeah, I'm not going to trust my personal files to that guy. he made a living off me downloading porn and tv shows. If file uploaders start using it for the same things, fuck it, I'll download from it. But I won't sign up and put my stuff up there.

I fractured the talus in my ankle last night, I also have a torn ATFL and my calcaneofibular ligament is partially torn. I was playing basketball and came down on someones foot and my ankle inverted over and everyone around heard cracking and other weird noises lol. It hurt a lot. It's a pretty typical injury, well the parts I injured are, not the severity. I go back on saturday to see if surgery will be needed among other things. As of now I'm in a walking cast and I have some crutches. I'll probably go get a cane though, just for pimp purposes

Sorry to hear. If the talus didn't fracture into pieces, it usually heals on it's own. Same with the ATFL (American Task Force for Lebanon). About 2 months, sometimes more.

Yeah that's what they've been telling me. Looking at the mri everything looks pretty set, not much movement which is good. They want to do more tests once the swelling goes down a bit. They told me I need to be off of it for at least 8 weeks so 2 months seems about right
