Need some advice peeps.
So I sold my old laptop on Craigslist to this lady the other day, went and met her, knocked $50 off the price, cool. She called me the day after saying the battery won't hold a charge. I explained to her and also in the CL ad that I don't use the battery I just keep it plugged in. I do this so I don't need to use the battery so it lasts longer. When we got there the computer turned off pretty quickly so we plugged it in to her car and it worked, she bought it. So talking to her today I said it could very well be dead and told her a new battery costs roughly 50-60 dollars, then proceeded to provide her with an Amazon link to a new one that was 44.95. She said thanks and decided to take it to a computer repair shop to see what was wrong. She said they couldn't tell if it was the battery or the charger, the guy told her the charger might not be giving enough power to charge the battery only enough to run the comp, which I don't even know if that's possible, Masta I'm looking at you on that. She said she found one for 150 dollars or something and is giving me the choice to either give her 150 dollars back or let her return the laptop. First off I don't plan on letting her return the comp and then there is no way im going to buy a charger or a battery for it when she bought it. I could be nice and say I'll pay for half, which I think would be fair. I'm not really sure of Colorado law but I don't think I have to do anything. I know she can take me to small claims court but that costs more money than a new battery would. I plan to just send her a nice email apologizing again about the problem and providing her with links to a charger and a battery and some ideas on how to find out which one is faulty and then go from there.
Has anyone been is a situation like this before?
What would you do?
Only one thing to do. Change your numbers and move out of town. Get in the witness protection program if possible. To me it seems she made an impulse buy and wants to get her money back. That's not my fault
If you give her money I am going to fly to colorado and smack you.Need some advice peeps.

Hey people. Start posting more, who cares what it is, just do it
My new year's was funny. I went to the worst house party I've ever been to. You know, those stereotypical eastern european parties with silly people screaming, listening to extremely loud and tasteless techno and doing random meth dances? That was almost it. We instantly moved to my lady-friend's house and it was fun afterwards.
Well, I watched LSU beat itself last night against Clemson. Very upsetting to watch, considering I'm an SEC fan since Auburn ate a dick this year. Georgia and South Carolina made up for it, big time, with huge wins today. Just hoping Texas A&M and Florida don't let us down, and most of all, not Alabama. It's weird rooting for a rival, but Notre Dame can eat a dick. Here in Chicago, there are tons of ND fans/alum because South Bend is only a couple hours away. Smart school, but the SEC National Championship win streak coming to an end? Ain't nobody got time for that.
