Yasss. Dave Chapelle in a strip club. I don't get starstruck either but its Dave Chapelle...and hes from my city. Apparently he goes like twice a week, he doesn't get private dances or make a big deal...he just chills, which made me like him even more. The strippers did not gaf at all lol. He does not tho' hunnids at them. He didn't even have a table. It was packed...so we just stood upstairs overlooking the stage. I said "I heard you're living in ____ now" and he said "I've always lived here, even when I was doing my show." I felt a lil dumb...I dk how he took that. I didn't mean to say it like he was hiding or he fell off. I'm probably overthinking it bc I was trying really hard to not be annoying. I'm already a white chick in boat shoes interrupting his RNS in the strip club. Plus sometimesss I develop some weird quirks when I'm tipsy. Doing air quotes like I'm Britney Spears being interviewed by Matt Lauer or something. He was cool...he did not say anything funny though.

I've not been to many strip clubs. I was out with a friend trying to get her mind off a breakup but she went home at 12 so I was alone and not wanting to go home yet. I sent a mass text asking my friends where they were. My rich lesbian friend told me to come to the strip club and she would make sure I didnt have to wait in line. I don't know who she paid but I tipped the doormen and the woman who gave me my membership. Membership is $30 usually, I think.
