besides, modern day RnB barely even reflects what real Rythm and Blues used to be.

ever heard of Express yourself by NWA or california love by 2pac or how about rappers delight(bascially the first party rap song) which all used beats from rnb or disco.there are a shit load more, point it RnB gave birth to rap, if u aint got no love for old school RnB then throw away all your rap cds becuz every rap cd has an rnb riff or sample.

check the beat for rakims paid in full song, THAT WAS RNB not rock(it was later sampled by 2pac for hitemup(OMG HITEMUP tHe MoST Graytest MaDafAching Diss Songz off All tYME sampled an rnb song.)

modern day RnB songs are crap, aint no real good singers, we got a metrosexual guy,we got beyonce whos a good singer BUT her music sucks, we got alicia keys who is probly the only one that is even talented and makes good music,i was getting into kelly roland after i heard that song "stole", that song is classic but then my bullshit detector came in and saw a song called "soldier" where she totally contridicts the point of her song "stole", thus making me realise shes just another singer out to make a buck, we got ciara whos music i wouldnt classify as good rnb music, what ever happend to marvin,luther and barry, now we got all these fucking next generation assholes singing bout how they need street niggaz, most of the rnb songs i listen to were all made befor 2002, an amazing RnB song for those of u that have the Gang Related Soundtrack is a song called I Cant Fix It, that is rnb, not any of these fucking new kids on the fucking block sucking mtvs cock.

7. Lack of decent albums coming out. In the past 3 years I've bought 25 NEW CD's and the only ones I kept were Straight Outta Cashville (Young Buck), Cheers (Obie Trice), D12 World, Encore, The Eminem Show, Rakim And Eric B., Loyal To The Game, Better Dayz

If you think they are decent albums you really do need to buy more. With the exception of Rakim every album you mentioned is either average or below average.
Get some Lil Wayne, Fat Joe, Freeway if you want quality mainstream.

1. The way everyone thinks all white rappers will be carbon copies of Eminem. There are some real white rappers like Skinnyman and John Cena. Yes. Thats right. I said John Cena

2. Most Americans dont respect UK rap. They think its all Dizzee Rascal. It gets accused of not being deep and the same old shit. But you should listen to less-known UK rappers lilke Skinnyman (again) and my boy Mewreckall.

3 The way 50 Cent beefs simply to sell records and it works. Thats the type of shit that will ruin hip hop.
