if an Apple computer needs fixing, it's because it's been malfunctioning from the start. we don't get that whole "it's been 3 years, I will die on you now" thing that people with PCs get.
That whole "3 years" or "5 years" or w/e after which hardware dies is nothing to do with the hardware. Its because the average computer user, and this applies to anything electronic that used on a day to day basis, is a fucking idiot, lets several centimeters of dust clog up inside the unit and wonders why the componants burn out due to it overheating.
This happens on Macs just as much as any other brand.
My gaming rig is 7 years old, and still works LIKEABAWSE, because I keep the insides clean.
Oh yeah, have fun tryna get inside a Mac to clean it.
