and the comic is just like the cartoon...its the same issue...in fact, the comic is funnier...the cartoon is more serious.....

That's something that first attracted me to Boondocks a few years back, it's a hip hop comic/cartoon, or at least it has the kind of hip hop mindset. It touches on current issues in rap and there are lots of jokes that the average person wouldn't be able to fully appreciate without an extended knowledge in hip hop.
