im getting sued 2morrow and i dont know what to say

wat up ya'll...i gotta be in court tomorrow for running a yellow light and hitting another car. My old car was totalled and so was hers. I told them that i ran a yellow light and the insurance ppl sent me a letter telling me that i was %100 not responsible for the accident. Now i gotta go to court (the city of Toronto and sueing me i guess) to keep my demirit points to prevent my insurance to go up. I talked to my lawyer 1 month ago and he told me what to say if:


1. the lady shows/doesnt show up
2. the cop shows/doesnt show up
3. if non of them show up.


I completely forgot what i have to say. Example; what do i say if the lady shows up, but the cop doesnt? etc, etc. Did anyone go through this already? Can anyone remind me what to say?!

i cant tell you what to say,as in any of the 3 instances you have to actually say what really happened.

but i can tell you what your chances look like


1.If the lady shows up and the cop doesnt show up,then most likely they will take the story that makes more sense.


2.if the lady shows up and the cop shows up,they will take the cops opinion more into consideration than any of you.

3.if non of them show up then you win the case automatically.

So in other words, im fucked! I know im suppose to ask for an official report when the cop shows up and then call my lawyer...same thing when the lady shows up....i just hope none of them come in. I doubt the cop will show up. 9am for a red light? the guy was old too, im sure he wont feel like it. But i dunno about the lady....she didnt call her insurance ppl. THey know nothing.,

wtf was she doing turning left on a red light??? you shoulda killed the bitch.

and take bank robbers advice,bring a gun with you. if the woman tries to lie put one in her,and what the hell,put one in the judge too.
 
I'm kinda confused. First I read that you go through an ORANGE light and then I see dude talking about fucking robots. Hahahahahahahahahaha, anyway. Last I knew, you could go through an orange light. Red is when you stop. I go through orange lights all the fucking time. But yeah, if it was orange for you, that would make it red for her right? You said she tried to turn, but shouldn't the person with the green/orange light have the right away over the person that is trying to turn? Even if she was turning on one of those streets where you COULD turn on red?
 
You're innoncent til' they prove you're guilty, it's like for speed if you lose your points you can still drive until they prove you're guilty. If the cop or the lady doesn't show up, the judge will consider you as innoncent. Most of the times cops don't show up because they have other files. By the way how did you hit the other car if the light was yellow? Did you hit her in the back or she's was doing a right or left turn? Just say you had the priority or you breaked but you couldn't because it was too late so you had to put the gas back. If you brake and stop , I think you would be in the middle of the street.

9/10 times cops dont show up right? Plus i gotta be there at 9am. He wont bother right?



I was going straight. He light was either red or she had a green arrow allowing her to make the left turn. I was in the intersecting 0.05 seconds after it turned red. Its legal to do that once you hit the point of no return. Which i did. PLUS, on top of EVERYTHING, I HAD THE RIGHT OF WAY. SHE should of stopped.
