So i show up to court, they ask me for my name etc etc, then all of a sudden, the prosecutor POSTPONES MY CASE TIL JANUARY 26th 2006 and on top of that, she gave me this 10 page or so repport to what happened that day. the lady probably wanted to delay coming to court so the prosecution did everything they can and got it delayed.now you have to wait till next year my friend.

prosecuters are involved in civil cases??? i thought only criminal, maybe i missed somthing anyway from what i didnt miss, if its the woman who's personally trying to sue you, her case is crap especially since she didnt file a claim with her insurance, thats gonna raise a big question with the judge, thats suspect like either she didnt wanna file for 1 her insurance is expired which is a misdermenor or 2. she didnt want her rate to sky rocket which i believe would be a felony cause that would constitute fraud. sucks your case got postponed, i wouldnt trip too hard though, if she hasnt filed a claim her case is pretty pointless an baseless imo. in that case turn around an counter sue her for punitive damages!
