am i preaching? sorry, but i have seen the impact firsthand. i worked rehabing people with traumatic brain injuries following motor vehicle accidents and was the person responsible for teaching them how to say their name, use the bathroom, and remember the name of their wife. likewise i have seen a grown man literally filleted on the street from not wearing his seat belt. a 200 pound man who was rendered into ground meat because he thought that a little strap was meaningless. it's just mind boggling how someone could trivialize something that has such significance.

I agree with Dante 100 percent. I 4 one always wear myne plus i work at a gym that deals with a lot of adaptive training and head injuries.I meet a lot of people with different levels of injuries .. in a way , it bassiclly scared me str8. From people who cant move 75 percent of their body to people who always seems to be accused of being "drunk" which are bassically speech impared. Very sad and why not preech to people to wear the safty belt.

Some times shyt happens , but why not curve what happens? Wip-lash seems better then learning to live and speak all over again ......

my dad is a fire fighter, if you saw how many adults/kids he has had to scrape off the road/wind screen/walls/pavement etc and then have to go and tell the family how they were found-you would wear a seat belt.

yeah i wear mine, i dont think theyre uncomfortable at all, dont even feel it. altho i dont own a car and its very rare that im in one anymore, i take the bus and they dont have seatbelts.

when i was a kid my mom had an accident and rolled the car. my brother wasnt wearing a seatbelt and he flew out the window and broke his arm. hes just lucky the car didnt roll over him and kill him :sad:

altho thats not really the reason i wear a belt or anything, i just do
