i never called her a name. i just stated that her viewpoint is ignorant and stupid.Helena said:Her opinion may be misguided and wrong but she still has a right to have it. it's a good thing to make her aware, and i'm sure she is by now.
But insulting her at the same time is mean and wrong.
Dante said:am i preaching? sorry, but i have seen the impact firsthand. i worked rehabing people with traumatic brain injuries following motor vehicle accidents and was the person responsible for teaching them how to say their name, use the bathroom, and remember the name of their wife. likewise i have seen a grown man literally filleted on the street from not wearing his seat belt. a 200 pound man who was rendered into ground meat because he thought that a little strap was meaningless. it's just mind boggling how someone could trivialize something that has such significance.

seatbelts are there for a reason, yeah they are uncomfy but who gives a fuck at the end of the day they save your life.
my dad is a fire fighter, if you saw how many adults/kids he has had to scrape off the road/wind screen/walls/pavement etc and then have to go and tell the family how they were found-you would wear a seat belt.
anyone who does't is fucking stupid
