^^I don't feel it. I just can't seem to get into the way the French rap, it's probably to do with their voice/accent. The only foreign Hip-Hop I like is German. Kool Savas is probably one of the best foreign MC's I know of, his flow and word play are top notch.

No, 'you' - that is, the American-based pioneers - ran with Jamaican toasting & took it to another level to form rap. So 'you' didn't come up with it, 'you' just guided it's evolution.

And I say rap because other elements of Hip Hop such as grafitti were already worldwide.

seriously zerocool, french rap is ok... French rap from france of course... a lot of groups are pretty gay because they try to immitate what the rappers in the states say. Altho, groups like IAM or Funky Family and solo rappers as Busta Flex know what they talk about and it's really entertaining. French language consists more words that can be used to do word plays, so that makes french rap entertaining :thumb:
