11/12 Premier League thread

It's also a degrading thing to say about Galatasaray. It's a very big club and for someone who managed absolute giants such as Xamax Neuchatel, Viking FK and Grasshoppers, it's a very hypocritical statement.

Also totally unnecessary.

"His confidence has undoubtedly been buoyed by Thursday's spirited performance in the Europa League in Naples,"

What is this journalist on about? That was an atrocious match. Like, 3 chances for both sides in the full 90 minutes.

and disrespectful to Rijkaard because, in case Roy has forgotten, he won the European Cup with Barcelona and really built that team back up again. he lasted 5 years at Barca. not many managers can boast that.

also its difficult to manager in Turkey. he might not have settled there for all we know. if he does become Liverpool, i think its important that Ten Cate comes with him.

also Roy was sacked from Udinese and Blackburn too. he cant talk.

fuck them. some will be saying this 2-1 over Blackburn is a great achievement too.

wow, so i look at the scores and see it was 2-1 to wolves at FT. Good to see them get a crucial win against a tough side in man city.

Villa draw birmingham in the Carling Cup QF. we better beat them tomorrow because now i look at the table and we're almost in the relegation zone, even liverpool can overtake us, everton are ahead of us and we lie 6 points behind man city already, couldve been 9 had they won today. its ridiculous considering about 10 games have been played thus far.

we'l;l be fighting for a top half finish if we dont sort ourselves out.

referee giving man utd another win today i see. same as last weekend.

you have to wonder about this league. you really do.

its absolute horseshit. best league in the world my arse.

Your bias is a joke.

How did the ref give United the win? It was 1-0 at 85 minutes. Man Utd had dominated the second half. VDV was peripheral before the injury. Lennon, Modric, Jenas and VDV were anonymous second half. harry fucked up. what a light weight midfield.

If anyone was to blame for the second goal it was Gomes. He doesn't choose when there's a free kick. The ref does. A bit like Nani, he shouldn't have touched that ball, because whether it was a penalty or not, the referee ultimately decides. In my opinion United should have had the penalty.... Even if nani went down easy.

I feel sorry for Gomes. But he also didn't try and take the "free kick" from where the offence took place. Which would have helped his defence. There was also no whistle or flag... So play TO THE FUCKING WHISTLE. Either way... I still think it would have ended with 3 points to United. Apart from the 1st 10 minutes, it was a poor game. With Spurs the poorer.
