I'm still in my teens, I eat fast food alot, yet I'm skinnier than my other friends, I guess it's about how high your metabolism is. Limit the sugars and start eating lots of fruit, preferably apple, because apples give you negative calories, yet it gives you the proper nutrients you need to stay healthy.

If you want to be "leaner", try doing pushups against the wall when you're in the shower or something if you don't have the time to work out. 50 each hand.

man u ppl r soooo jokes!! u cant jus flatten ur stomach!! there is no such thing as spot reduction!! u have to workout...do cardio...weightraining...and switch up diet to more healthier food!!! u have to drink up to 1 gallon of water evry day to get rid of water retention in tha body!! its a whole fukin combination of shit!! and u have to keep up wit this stuff on a regular basis for months!! u shud research this shit!

MY god i wonder whats gonna happen in the future. we're the FATTEST nation in the world. and Most of dat population is prolly these fat ass kidz. go look at chinese 2pac's baby picture. i mean wtf is dat? got more lumps than shit i dunno.

no, its a lie.this crap was started by diet book writers.If you've studied the digestive system and thermogenesis you'll really know whats up.If you believe everything you read,you're a fool.It wouldn't even take the body 2 calories to process and digest an apple.

Another one of these lies that you might have heard is that if you drink ice cold water,your body will burn calories to heat it up back to body temp.This may sound logical,but it doesn't work like that.Your body carries extra heat all the time,this heat is transfered to the water.It doesnt need to burn any calories because drinking ice water does not change your body temperature.If that was the case,then if we drink ice cold water,we'd all get sick.

I feel sorry for anyone that actually thinks about using these pathetic methods to burn off calories.Get your ass off the fuckin recliner and jump on the treadmill.

i run 10 minutes a day and do 190 situps afterwards..it's been goin on for two years now. and this is every day. in the summer i biked 20 miles a day and the evening went out running and did my sit ups.

The point is that i don't eat healthy food and that's why my stomach still ain't flat. IT TAKES A LOT to get a flat stomach.

running 10 minutes will do absolutely nothing. You must run at least 15 minutes to burn off all liver glycogen before your body starts to use fat for energy.You should run/jog get at least 40 minutes if you want results.If its just 10 minutes dont bother you're wasting your time

I run on my cardiovascular machine for about an hour, that good enough?
