I don't get it. If you don't want any advice anyway, if you know all this better - why would you even post here. Bigmack might have a direct way of talkin 2 people but see, he's just tryin to help and so am I - i you don't want this help at all, why would you even post here? It's your life and your desicion - so I can and don't want 2 change that - but why don't you even consider us 2 have a point?

yeah i used to do it when i went boxing, but i never really understood what it did in burning calories wise, and i know it improves coordination n strengthens the legs and forearms and is good cardio, maybe its time to wipe the dust off my rope cuz i need to lose my beer gut!

im just being ironic. don't take it so seriously. of course i appreciate everybody's advice that's why im starting skiing.

Yes but if u lift then you run after for about 30 mins or so , your liver glycogen is already burned off.

But everything Big Mack is telling u is true . Runnibg 10 mins is a nice warm up but you need at least 30 mins to get rid of the flab.

weight lifting burns muscle glycogen,not liver glycogen.To burn liver glycogen the heart rate has to be over 150.
 
Do cruches brother, cruches, sit ups just work the mid section of your abs, cruches work your whole god damn section, they so hard to do you fuck up after about 5, but you gotta' keep doin' it to get better and shit.
6 Set's of cruches daily, and in about a month, you'll have a 6 pack.
