I have no qualms with any religion other than that they're religions.
I could mention some great books here as well. Works by Nietszche for example, but I doubt you'd read them.
There is nothing inherently wrong with Islam or the Quran, the problem lies with the people putting it into practice. That's where my beef is. And when I criticize such practices, instead of having the muslims side with me because of the obvious rape of their faith, they tend to portray it as an attack on the religion itself. Look at the bad Westerner trying to demonize Islam! While I'm criticizing the people, not the religion.

WTF does that have anything to do with "forced conversions"? why Murder them like you mentioned if "we" successfuly converted these "non-Muslims"?
Although Islam allows a man to marry up to 4 women ( Women Outnumber men by many) it is still the only religion that states men should marry only one. Regardless, very few and i mean very few Muslims practice that
And duke i posted those Qur'anic verses to remove confusion and doubt about the death penalty for apostasy which according to the Qur'an it is not an Islamic rule of law. I dont want people screaming "OMG the Qur'an allows this and that" when it doesnt, and people would think that even without looking it up for themselves. I wanted to make things clear
Mr teek neex - I would be interested in what are your personal opinions are in regards to this guy , not quotes of the quran and the explanations , do you feel he should be killed ? ( my guess no ), do you yourself look at this guy in disgust for converting from Islam and your opinions on the ruling itself ?

But that 4 wives thingy is not applyed in every muslim country... In Bosnia, you can only have one wife...

If you honestly believe the converts are forced, then, I am afraid it's beyond me.

I know one of my uncles who has almost 15 kids and he's only married to one wife. I don't see anything wrong with having a lot of kids.

As I said, it's really hard to force someone to believe in something. Even if they said they believed, they can still practice their religion secretly. Just like Muslims had done at the beginning.

Almost every Chinesse person i met has more then 10 brothers n sisters too and there not Muslim?It all seems quiet on the Muslim front , i havent seen one post in regards to that man who converted to christianity from islam from the muslims on the board in regard to how they feel about whats gone on , if they agree or unlikely disagree or most likely have sympathy because it happened to muslims 10,000 years ago .

Islam Is A Peaceful Religon If Its Followed Correctly! Just Like All Of The Other Religons, The People Following Islam Sometimes Twist It Up And All. N It Happens With Almost Every Religon Out There Not Just Islam So I Dont See Why People Are Bashing Others For Being Muslim. N Yall Talk About Peace And All. People These Days Dayum!
