to me it seems more like you're battling everyone that seems to be defending my actions. And no its not different. People use these links to listen to the album. People that support and respect the artist enough and are financially able to, go out and purchase the albums anyway. So as far as listening to an album prior to its release, without the artists permission is the exact same whether you do it on youtube or download it and toss it on ur mp3 player.
