Ok...how have there not been any threads on this yet? This album is fucking amazing. In my opinion, it's one of the few instant classics of new rap. It obviously won't be widely recognized or a mainstream album, but it seriously should get attention on a hhh levl.

I agree that his production usually isn't the best. But I don't think it makes the album bad. I think the album is very good actually. The beat for Now I Lay grew on me. It's a dope intro. If I Gotta Go isn't bad. Don't Make Me caught me off guard. The way that song started.. I expected a harder beat.. but I don't think this one is bad either. Blood On The Wall is dope imo. In My Sleep is a real deep song. So is Exxes. I Couldn't Help it, etc. All the beats to these songs fit the songs pretty well. Adrenaline is obviously a little bit of a change, but I love that shit. It's dope. Happy Holidays is one of my fav. songs on the album. Do Tell and Angel In My Life are both great songs too. And Prey For Me is ridiculous. The idea of talking to god on a song isn't completely original, but I really like his take on it.

This album is so good. One of the only rap albums to come out in the past 10 years that I can listen to start to finish. The only song that is not THAT good is "The Future." But, it's good for a song that is supposed to get radio play.

Don't make me is a song that has really grown on me, I like Do Tell and Happy Holidays.

What's that Sticky Fingaz song where hes talking to God? Buddens take on the God taling track reminded me of Sticky's track.

I've seen a lot of good reviews on this album. On the Joe Budden board, most people are saying they just don't like The Future with Game. It doesn't really fit the album. I don't love the song, but I don't hate it either. It's not the kind of music I wanna hear from him, i'll put it that way. Songs like Exxes and In My Sleep are dope because it makes you think. You wonder what he's talking about. Songs like Happy Holidays and Pray For Me are more straight forward. I think the album is real nice.

Exxes and In My Sleep were the dopest tracks on the album.. some other nice tracks, and a select few like 'the future' where I just couldn't wait till they ended.

But so far thats what I've noticed with Budden, he has shit that I like a lot, to the point where I'll listen to it on replay. And some shit I cant stand. Not to say that the tracks are wack, they're just not my style.
