Here's the latest gem from Kanye.

Rapper Kanye West recently went off about how great Beyoncé Knowles is. According to him, she might even be greater than Tina Turner.

He says, “Nobody really wants to recognize that Beyoncé is a f***ing living legend and that she is just as great, if not greater, than the artists that we had in the past…that she’s probably greater than Tina Turner.”
If Kanye actually believes this, then he is on some serious crack.

But I actually think he doesn't believe half the bullshit he says, he just wants the attention.

Tina Turner doesn't do a lot for me, but I acknowledge her prominent position in modern music history. Kanye doesn't do a lot for me either though. This is something I could easily have made the mistake of blurting out because Tina has no part in my life. I didn't grow up listening to her music, and honestly, I think I can count the Tina Turner songs I've heard in my life on one hand. That includes the ones performed in her biopic. Which by the way is an awesome movie.

I don't know much about Tina Turner either. I could have made that mistake as well because for me Beyonce might be greater than Tina, I don't know Tina.

But I'm sure Kanye does it for the attention

Imagine if everything you say at almost every moment has the potential to be aired and communicated worldwide. Some of the things you say would sound really stupid to others.

One time, I said Eminem's version of Hit 'Em Up was better than Tupac's.

I totally take it back now, but still...

Just proving SOFI's point. Everything celebs say is taken so seriously. But didn't Kanye say this on his blog or something? Because then it couldn't have been a slip up.

With no Tina there would be no Beyonce.

This is like saying Ne-Yo is better than Stevie Wonder or Marvin Gaye. Or like saying Fall Out Boy is better than The Beatles. Or saying John Mayer is better than Jimi Hendrix.

There's just no comparison in a million years.

ya, it pissed me off that he didn't even use his voice on his latest album. Now I see that it could be much worse lol
