Dr. Dre Set To Drop Cognac & Vodka Brands, Long-Awaited Detox

Dr. Dre will be releasing his cognac and vodka brands in the next two months.

According to Billboard, Dre will first release Aftermath Cognac and then later release a series of sparkling vodkas.

As reported earlier, the alcoholic beverages are part of an agreement between Drinks Americas and Dre's record label, Interscope Geffen A&M Records.

Dr. Dre will be marketing his long-awaited Detox album along with the alcoholic beverages. Dre announced earlier this year that he plans to drop Detox in November or December.

Dre revealed the project will feature appearances from Nas, Jay-Z, and Lil' Wayne.

exactly. dre needs to keep it west coast, maybe with the excepytion of jay-z and he should get jay, royce and crooked to ghostwrite. but detox is finished so its not going to happen.

do you guys even listen to music, or do you just skim through it? If you took the time to listen to the new wayne CD you would see he's actually bringing rap music back to life. Obviously songs like lollipop are bullshit and mean nothing to the game but the guy is on something fucking crazy. The connection between him and Dre makes sense. Dre produced a beat or two on the album. And you must be fucking high to say that The Game should be on the Detox. Terminate on Site was supposed to have a dis track on the game and Eminem was gonna be on it. Never mind Dre obviously doesn't give two fucks about the game and his bipolar ass. Maybe if you guys took the time to read or actually listen to the words that come out of real rappers instead of guys like fucking plies and lil jon. Dre has made a career by rapping about weed and producing beats. The Detox will be west coast, and it will not let anyone down to say the least. The guy is a fucking genius and he's been doing music for way too long. I have no doubts. Listen to the shit that comes out of your speakers.

no I agree..lil wayne knows how to make music that sells and I some of it is def mainstream bullshit like lollipop and . I think a lot of his other shit on his album is real though. But the Dre album honestly is going to be good no matter what. I feel bad for saying shit about the game in my last comment too bc I heard some of his shit from his new album and I think that it has potential. The Detox is so anticipated but we're just going to have to wait and see. Dre's talent is unreal and its hard bc most people who don't appreciate real music and real hip hop can't appreciate Dre as an artist and a producer.
