This thread is retarded. Some of you guys need to use your brains a little.
no this thread is not retarded, some of the people posting in it yes.

they have NO CLUE on Mark Morrison, or music 4 that matter, they must just download music and not buy and believe the internet "hype" that some people tend 2 make up.

Heres some REAL news concerning the 2Pac and Mark Morrison collaboration you are expected to hear within the next month or so.

Many mistake Mark Morrison as being born and bred in the United Kingdom. Many dont actually know he was raised in Miami USA and even graduated High School in Florida. He lived in the states for most of the 90's. His mother still has a house out there.

This is where and how he met 2Pac Shakur. As many of you now know Mark Morrison is bringing out a 'Greatest Hits' album soon (expected April/May 2008) and as well as a new Dance Remix of the song 'Return Of The Mack' on there, we are expected to see the late great 2Pac Shakur's collabo with Mark Morrison in the form of a Bonus Track.

Yes - the album will be released worldwide, however, due to the possibility of Afeni Shakur and Amaru Entertainment not allowing 2Pac on the album, even though they actually recorded the song together and its Mark Morrison's song, they are aiming to include the song as a Bonus cut for the United Kingdom release of the album ONLY.

The song featuring 2Pac is called:

'Ghetto'

And was recorded in MAY 1996 at Mark Morrison's home recording studio 6 weeks after 'Return Of The Mack' reached number 1 in the UK Charts.

The Greatest hits album is being mastered next week at 'Sam West' and they are waiting on 2 clearences-

1. A sample clearence for one of the songs on there.
2. The Tupac Shakur clearence

Unfortuntely we have not been given the lyrics of the song, yet heres a line from Pac..........
Infact, the following words spat by 2Pac in the song made my DICK tingle-

"Like the Mack, It's the return of Pac"

I am just waiting to hear back from my source, or the guy putting it together, if it is the original beat used or a remixed beat on the release.

As mentioned, it is being mastered next week. I should recieve a hard copy in the post within the next 2 weeks and will update you Mark Morrison and 2Pac fans as it comes.

Just because you made a Mark Morrison mixtape in your (bedroom) studio does not make you his biographer. He was from Germany but raise in the UK for a start.

also did I say this was in 96 when he recorded the track with Snoop? No.
SORRY i dont get what u mean?

My bedroom?. LOL.

I own and run an official record label called "C-Style Records" that's a registered business with full a.b.n (Australian business number = 35 968 037 614) in Australia. www.myspace.com.cstylerecords
do a search 4 it, go on, try and find it as a reg business name in Australia at whatever site you wish, tax, gov, whatever u want cause ITS THERE. Do sum research b4 u fly off the handle.

I have my own little recording studio, we sell original music/cds around the net.

This mixtape u r referring too was made in that studio with x 2 Technics turntables with original records used 2 remix it. My vocals were also recorded in that same studio.

LOL, and about his being raised in UK or whatnot u r going on with, that text i posted was from an OFFICIAL press release dickhead.

He was German born, raised in the UK, and later MOVED to the USA. This is where he recorded the song with Pac.

I'm not dealing with you anymore.

--------------------------------------------
I just did two Mark Morrison mixtapes and people were dissing him hard (see above too), some at this site too. Now that they know that hes done a song with 2pac, i bet they love him and wanna ride his d-i-c-k.

Ya see, Mark Morrison is like the "2pac" of RnB. This is WHY they recorded a song together and hooked up 4 sure, cause ROTM was a hitt in 1996 around 2pac prime time on Tha Row. Me being a true MM fan, i always knew about this song, but never actually heard it.

I'm willing to place bets that it NOT a remix of 2pacs vocals, it will be a totally NEW VERSE from him that no1 has ever recorded. They had 2 of hooked up b4 he died, this is why i say its a NEW rap of Pac.

This is why i liked MM from DAY 1. Always knew he was a sick madd ass bastard. i tried to tell you all ages ago.

Go out and buy it, cause i am and will add it to my collection of of 35 CDS of MM. Some singles and albums i have ALL 3 FORMATS OF THE SAME ALBUM/SINLGE on record, CD, and cassette tape.

Well well well, looks like you were being wrong (and a complete ass) about this track being a remix. Looks like you owe Rahim an apology.
I had never heard any info of Pac working with him so i admit i was wrong there. But i still say they will release a recycled verse (aka remix) before they release an unheard. Past moves by Amaru back up my claim.

If they release it in the UK only Amaru really can't do much about it.

Seems, I heard different to you guys then.

I heard a DJ had added Pac to "Return of The Mack" and that no other collaberation exists. Oh well.

In further news from MarkMorrisonOnline.com/forums,

Whilst on Deathrow Records, 2Pac met with Mark Morrison and loved his work so much that he recorded 2 songs with him and sampled 1 of Mark Morrison's songs!.

Yup that's right, this song is sampling Mark Morrison's 'Return Of The Mack' which we heard that 2Pac loved.

Title: Ghetto
Artists: 2Pac & Mark Morrison
Producer: ?
Samples: ?

Title: Candy
Artists: 12 Guage Ft Jewell & 2Pac
Producer: Terry X
Samples: 'Return Of The Mack' (Mark Morrison)

Is the other song called Set It Off?

We all hope that Amaru can work out a deal with Marks people to do a deal with the tracks and release them.
Hope they allow 'Ghetto' to come out on Marks Greatest Hits, cause I'm sure Mark or WEA or whoever own the copyright to ROTM allows Amaru to release 'Candy' in original form (not a remix) sampling ROTM.
