He is talking about the biggest rivalry in College Basketball. Both schools are located in the State of North Carolina. UNC being Chapel Hill and Duke being in Durham. He will be at that game which will be played on UNC's home court named after Dean Smith, the greatest college basketball coach of all time, well John Wodden is but whatever. We should all be jealous.
