I was watching through some trailers and shit caught in cinema, and you'd hear the people recording comment on everything and talk and go "oh shit", "look at that", etc lol. Anyone do this? God how annoying. I thought normal people shut up when they watch a movie.

lmao.

furthermore, i hate it when we're some friends together and put on a movie and one of the dudes got an energy kick or something and wants to sit there and talk about shit while the rest of us wanna watch the movie.

movie time is holy. when you watch a movie, you're supposed to digest it, not say things out loud so your friends hear your thoughts about things in the movie. no one cares. in all likelihood, even though you said "oh shit" and your friend didn't, the physical feeling and the thoughts spawned by whatever it was you saw was probably the same for the two of you. it makes no sense to say "oh shit" to point out that you were taken by surprise when the scene was made to take you by surprise. don't be a sheep.

Then I have to confess I always laugh on horror movies.
yeah I feel terrible, I laughed my ass all over the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre". I couldn't help it.
But usually I don't say anything during the whole movie. I don't like when my friends sometimes comment shit, I want to watch the damn movie.

i was gonna write up some shit but i didn't really have anything to add so it just turned into a pointless post. i edited it to "....." and deleted it. at least something fun came out of it. just too bad you can't rep deleted posts. :p

Fuck no. Unless it's during some scene where nothing is happening (ie. someone is walking) and then only if it's necessary.

Like you said, you need to digest movies. In some movies you actually need to hear pretty much every word that is said or else you won't completely get it.

I can't stand it when I'm watching a movie for the second time with someone who's never seen it and they talk during important scenes.

During trailers i don't see the problem but during the actual movie i dont talk.

I can be one of those movie commentators that people hate so much tho haha.

I love commenting on little shit during a movie and only do it when i am bored with a movie.

Haha im the same way. A while back i took this bitch to see one of the Saw movies and i was rolling during all the kill scenes and she was lookin at me like if i was a fuckin psycho. I told her it's just funny the way they die. Horror movies are some of the funniest movies in the world seriously!

No, not usually and I will call out people who talk during movies I PAID to go and see.

However, If I see a movie that is really bad, be it at the theater or at my home, or someone else's. I will pretty much do my version of MST3K.

See, this is why I stick with my big screen TV and my DVDs. I can avoid all that annoying shit. The only thing is, NOTHING can compare to is seeing a film on the big screen for the first time.

I also hate watching a movie when its packed. Just people breathing you can hear it. lol
