judging from the beats he has made recently...im starting to think maybe not. The beats he made for "Curtis" and "Kingdom come" have been pretty average

what do you guys think? if he has stored the left over beats he made from when he was making classics like "Documentary" and "get rich or die trying" it can be done, but if is gona make beats like the ones he has been making recently....i dont think Detox is gona be that great

hard to say. We don't know is Dre working on his album all the time or is he too lazy to do it.

There were few nice beats over last few years - MOP's Outta control was dope for example.
But I have to agree that most were wack.

Depends on alot of things. First of all, the beats he makes. If they're not very good, that right there says it all. Also, who he has on the album and how they perform. Then Dre himself. I think he could make a good album, but not classic.

Yes.

The Documentary was crap and Dre's beats on it were Fruity Loops when it came out. Now it's great.

Of course Dr. Dre can make a classic album.

he has got mel-man back for production on this album. which is great.

i know for sure that Bishop Lamont will be on the album. and hes on fire at the minute.

People like snoop, nate, kurupt and daz will be likely guests. but they will have to be on point if they are gonna turn this into another classic.

im sure dre has worked on the beats over the years, and has kept some of the more impressive ones for his album.

also. im not sure if id like to see 50 cent on detox. he will also have to be on point too. but i dont think 50 cent and dre would be so good for detox. although it would help re-introduce dre to a younger audience.

I don't think it'd be a good combination (unless we'll get another "outta control")

I also doubt about many DPG collabos.

I think that we'll see mostly popular these days artists.

I'd love to hear some of those smooth west coast sounds but I think he'll change his style for Detox.

Guests....will most likey be Bishop Lamont and/or Glasses Malone and/or some other new up and coming west coast rapper. Crooked I will be lucky to be on, but I doubt.

I don't think he'll do too much record with old buddies (DPG)

yeah that album is never coming out. I really think he fell off or maybe hes just fucking lazy. i mean come on 8 years to do one album. So i suggest people need to start checking out hi tek's new album. His second one was near classic and he gets better and better everytime i hear his beats.
