Film & TV Pushing Daisies

Anybody watch this? (carmi, I'm looking in your direction)

Just watched the pilot, and I liked it a lot. I just hope it does better than Dead Like Me and Wonderfalls.

When does it air in America, so I know when to download it?

I watched the second episode today, and it was great. If you haven't checked it out then you should. It's like Tim Burton and Dr. Seuss teaming up to remake Amelie with Amy Sherman-Palladino (of Gilmore Girls fame) writing the dialogue.

How was the show's first season, how is the show overall?

Pushing Daisies is nothing like Heroes or Dexter, so there's no guarantee you'll like it as much as I did. Did you ever catch Dead Like Me or Wonderfalls?

I watched the first episode of Journeyman, but I couldn't get into it. It got low ratings, so only 13 episodes were made.

The plot of Pushing Daisies was a discarded storyline for Dead Like Me. George was going to find out that she couldn't take certain people's souls, because somebody was bringing them back to life. He took that storyline, gave it an Amelie aesthetic and it became Pushing Daisies.
