Best Gangstarr Album.

What do you think is the best Gangstarr album. I bought all of them over the years. I like Gangstarr but i find Guru to be boring on some tracks. I like Moment Of Truth the best. I think this is Guru's best performance and the production from DJ Premier is great.

No way, that's too "heavy" rap for most people here unfortunately.

I don't have a favorite Gang starr album. I think most are equal. Gang starr is one of those groups that keep it constant and each album has few jewels and few weak/boring tracks. Premier makes it dope as always, Guru is a good mc so most of their albums are good but imo they haven't dropped any true classic.

I vote for "moment of truth".

i started to listen to Gangstarr not a long time ago, they are great, I like their style
Im listening a lot of Moment of Truth and I really like this album
I have Hard to earn and Step in the arena as well,
and I stay with Hard to earn on this one...

Moment Of Truth cuz thats the cd that introduced me to Gangstarr and thats when i first started listening to them.

Ironic, because I've been listening to straight Gang Starr recently.

It's very very close, but Daily Operation gets the nod over Hard to Earn.

When I bought The Ownerz, the album stayed in my CD player for 5 straight months. I know every song by heart.

One of my favourite albums all time.

^^Really, alot of people consider that as Gangstarr's weakest. I think Ownerz is pretty good though. Who Got Gunz with Fat Joe and MOP is dope.

I love everything really... My favourite song is Skillz. And Rite Where U stand is like... the definition of a rap song.
