Damn PurelyPac.. I can't believe you don't think Royce is one of the best rappers in the game, lol. As for that whole Nas thing, I personally think it did more good than bad for the game. It MAY have been stupid to say "Hip Hop Is Dead", but it seemed like it may have pushed some people to work harder. Almost as if Nas was challenging them.

1. MOP's new album will be dope
2. Papoose is over rated
3. Curtis is the worst album to come out of the G Unit camp
1. Fact.. I REALLY hope so.
2. Fact.
3. Fiction. Remember Tony Yayo?

---------------------------------------------------

1. Slick Rick is easily one of the top 10 rappers of all time.
2. Hov will never drop another dope album.
3. Common will drop ANOTHER great album next year.
4. Az has forever been one of the most slept on rappers in the game. He has been pretty consistent album wise and is a very good rapper overall. Not the best, but up there with them.
5. Saigon will eventually drop a very nice album and proove he's one of the best rappers out.

1. false - really debatable but I could find 10 better mcs
2. true - his style is getting worse with every album now
3. true
4. false - he's got nice flow tho
5. false - he's good but it'd be a big surprise if he'd drop a dope album himself

---------------------------------

1. Rukas will finally drop a dope album and will be a big international hip-hop star :D
2. Big L is respected mostly because he's dead
3. Big Pun's death was inspiration for the dopest tribute tracks in hh history
(I mean Big Pun tribute tracks were better/realer than Pac's, Big's etc.)
4. Nas isn't as good as he was in the past
5. The Rza is the most flexible rap artist

Yeah man, but Slick Rick is much more than an mc. Think about all the rappers he influenced. He's one of the more influential rappers. He made good music. His flow was smooth as hell and he was the best story teller ever. Not a ridiculous lyricist, but you don't have to be one to be considered one of the best ever. Can't believe you said false about the Az one too. Damn.

I'm sure Slick would be in top 15, he was a good rapper but anyway I think I could find 10 better rappers overall.
AZ was dope on Nas collabos, nice on his own albums but I'd say his main advantege is his flow. He doesn't move my emotions or makes me think he's so dope when I listen to him.

4. Fact
6. Hard to say.

Wheres your questions man? Ill explain my Nas question in a separate thread later.

Shit, I always seem to forget that part....

1) No Biggie record belongs on Top Ten Hip Hop albums list
2) Both Obie and Lloyd Banks had better sophmore albums than debut albums
3) Killah Priest's "Happy" is one of the best songs so far this year

2) Who cares, not a fan of either
3) False

Questions:
1) Jeezy is one of the best rappers in the game right now.

2) Crooked I is the best MC to never have dropped an album

3) Nas is the king of hip hop, but if he releases another album this year it will be rushed and not live up to its potential

4) T.I.'s lastest offering was garbage

5) Lil Wayne is good, but not all he's cracked up to be.

6) 50 cent got as famous as he did because of his story.

1. Fiction. Absolutely fucking not.
2. Cannot answer that. Off the top of my head I cannot think of dope emcees that haven't dropped an album.
3. Fact. Nas albums never live up to what people expect. Why? Because they expect every fucking album to be the next Illmatic. They're not satisfied with a good album.
4. Fact.
5. Fiction. Fact.
6. Fact.

3. fact
4. I hope so but it's hard to say. I think it's not the same mc, he was great in 90s but I think his new album will be just good
5. quite possible so I'd say fact

It's strange but Sheek is not bad when he's featured on other artists track (many rappers suffer from similar syndrome, like they can spit fire on somebodys track but on their own albums they're wack). If I remember correctly he was good on a Biggie track and few other tracks I've heard but can't remember right now.
Anyway I think Sheek is in the lox only because he's a good guy and close friend of Jadakiss.

I'm not saying he's always terrible. But he's the definition of an average rapper, lol. He (to me) was just NEVER even half as good as Jada or Styles. They're dope, he's far from it.

That's literally the most ridiculous hip hop related statement i've ever heard in my life. You should be shot.

I've read a lot of your posts and I respect your opinion. Having said that, Sheek is one of my favorite rappers right now. After Game, Lupe and Kanye he's great. Styles P just has no lyrical skills at all and Jada, well he has some good punchlines but absolutely no energy. Sheek is really good. Just listen to his lyrics on his debut album and even songs on his sophmore LP. He comes really hard and has shit to say. I really like him.

1. Fact
2. False. Fishscale and More fish were both good albums but not classics.
3. Fact. Not only him but bootcamp click in general are way too underated
4. Fact. see above.
5. Fact. Its a shame most people into the hyphy movement(mainstream people) will never know the smooth bay area sounds

1. The inspiration is a solid album
2. RA the rugged man's verse on Uncommon Valor: A vietnam story is the best verse so far this year.
3. The south is losing its stranglehold on hip hop
4. AZ has the best flow in hip hop
5. The Gangsta, The Killa, and The dope dealer is Westside connections best song
