Ronaldinho to AC Milan, Henry to EPL...? what a tragic for Barca if that happens.

What a game Juve and Palermo. Mattia Cassani scoring last minute goal to beat Juve, what a shot that was, Buffon caught with his pants down in amaze.
More like a good thing. Henry has done nothing at Barca.

Yea he was out shined by Ronaldinho. (which is always a question in any sport, when one joins another, can two great players coexist and be effective in the same team?)

There was a question before he left Arsenal, can he do it and perform in same level in different league. I think his case proved that he is not capable of being that dominant player in different league.

This might be harsh and a bit unfair but I think people should draw a line and start to separate him from the others. Henry is a great great player no question, but he has not proven that in Spain.

Same thing happened with Shevchenko.

But its just sad to see a world class player go to a world class team and the things don't turn out the way people expected to.

outshined by Ronaldinho? Ronnie has hardly played this season, since the El Classico he has been mysteriously injured

Henry is unable to cope with the marking in Spain, even though it is widely believed you get more space in Spain, its not true, he has been marked fantastically at times, but unlike other star players he hasnt been able to cope.

Yea Ronaldinho has only been good in patches this season and has been injured alot.

I think Henry is fucked from injuries and he is being played out of position.

Bojan is a faggot for several reasons, as much as I don't support the Serbian national team, the kid is called Bojan Krkic, his father was a legend at Crvena Zvezda (Red Star Belgrade), the kid opts for Spain instead, not only that, he doesn't put Krkic on his jersey, he keeps it Bojan. He's a mutt...

So, despite him being a dog, he does have a lot of talent and is a great player, but Pato is better, he's carrying a bunch of 30yr olds with hardly any steam left on his back (except for Kaka) that's how I see it.

Don't even bother, these British twats here don't understand that man.

wtf lol...

I know a lot of players have done it but...wtf?
It's a stereotype.

It seems that every non-Islam who goes to Islamic nation has to convert themselves into their religion. It happens all the time in marriage. If a Christian falls for Islamic mate, he "has" to convert himself to his mates religion. Its a myth obviously but I've heard a lot who have done that.

The reason I said that about Carlos is because I was surprised he went to that country to play for Fenerbahçe because he was with Real at that time. I thought the only reason he might have done that is because he was attracted to their culture and stuff so I thought he would eventually convert himself into Islam.

I think Carlos went there because of Zico and id imagine that they offered him good wages as well. But you are right, that Brazilian guy that plays centre mid. for them, Mauro Aurelio i think his name was before he went there. He changed it to Mehmet Aurelio. He is a turkish national now though and plays for Turkey so thats why he adopted that name.

Liverpool fans eye takeover talks
By Bill Wilson
Business reporter, BBC News, Soccerex

Liverpool FC's US owners have reportedly fallen out
The fans' group hoping to buy Liverpool Football Club says it is preparing to approach the club's US owners in an attempt to discuss its intentions.

Share Liverpool FC wants to buy the club through 100,000 fans paying £5,000 each for a club share.

It now says it has £60m definitely pledged, and a potential further £55m from fans showing "strong interest".

The US businessmen who own the club, Tom Hicks and George Gillett, have become unpopular with many fans

The pair bought the football club in early 2007, but have reportedly fallen out.

Terms of the takeover mean that each can block any move by the other to sell their holding without the other's specific approval.

Dubai International Capital has recently revived its interest in the club but to take control, it must buy all of one man's shares along with at least some of the other man's.

'Overwhelming response'

"We have got to approach the current owners, that is what we have to do now," Rogan Taylor, who is spearheading Share Liverpool FC, told the BBC.

"I can't say how, or through whom, at present, but we will be approaching them to try and set up talks, and let them know our intentions".

He said that since the fan website was launched there had been a flurry of activity - with contact from more than 200 countries.

"Our initial website was a marketing tool to check the level of interest out there," he said.

Fans have expressed dissatisfaction with the current ownership

"We have been overwhelmed by the response, and now we have to keep things moving forward quickly."

As well as those expressing a "definite" and "strong" interest in making an investment, there are 13,000 other would-be backers who say they cannot raise £5,000.

"We will be contacting them about possible group memberships, where fans and family come together to buy one share, and have a nominated shareholder they all agree on," Mr Taylor said.

Non-profit making structure

Share Liverpool has set up a steering committee - made up of people with legal, business, accountancy and other commercial experience - to formulate a constitution setting out the way forward.

A company is being formed as an "industrial and provident society" structure, Mr Taylor said.

And after talks with the Financial Services Authority, the set-up is close to being ratified.

"The constitution is designed to deliver a non-profit making structure, and a means of electing an executive board, which would run the company for four years." Mr Taylor said.

While the board would be the club executive, there would also be a fan parliament of 100 delegates to scrutinise the board's actions.

"Fans will not be able to say what cheques are written, or which players are bought and sold," Mr Taylor added.

"The board will have executive control for hiring and firing, buying and selling, lending and spending."

'Sophisticated'

Any borrowing to build a new stadium for Liverpool FC would be done against future revenues a new stadium would bring, such Arsenal did to finance its Emirates Stadium move.

Mr Taylor added that other regulatory issues needed to be overcome, partly because the group is asking fans in so many overseas countries to send money.

Meanwhile a fighting fund has been established, and the website is being reconstructed to become "more sophisticated" in preparation for future moves.

"What has been going on at the club, regardless of who owns it, is a vivid illustration of the pattern of ownership in the UK," Mr Taylor said.

"Great clubs, established social institutions, are being traded on the global capital markets, with no knowledge of the clubs.

"Fans offer everlasting support and should be given the chance now to own an everlasting share."

Damn right.

Why, is that also a rumor?

Shevchenko and Ronaldinho in Milan would be nice.

But they'll have to do some clean up before they going to sign both of them. They need to get rid off either Ambrosini or Seedorf to make a room for Ronaldinho.

On top, they have Pato and another youngster Paloschi and I don't know where would Shevchenko fit there. Not to mention they have Inzaghi and Gilardino. But my guess is Inzaghi will retire and Gilardino will be traded because he has done nothing for A.C. Milan this year.

Plus they have age issue. A lot of players are already 30+ so...

I thought Mourinho would manage Milan but I think he is linked with Inter Milan.

Inzaghi won't retire... You can't be tired of camping in the 6 yard box and waiting for a ball to hit you for 18 years..

The Sheva link has been a rumor going around on numerous sites. Including Italian newspapers. Apparently, Sheva called Ancelotti and they talked things over.

I will bet my penis, that Ronaldinho will be going to AC Milan. Kaka is welcoming him, as is Pato, and word is, he's decided to sign with a Milan club, they're just not saying which.

Ac Milan is my bet. They need to clean up the geezers.
