There are huge differences between the situations. A Klan rally is a meeting of known racists. A nightclub is not a meeting of known rapists. You can't say "Don't go to parties, because people sometimes get raped there". That's like saying "don't drive your car on the M1, because car crashes sometimes happen there".Its not about what you wear its about putting yourself into a situation.
Take that same black man and put him into the middle of a KKK meeting; then yeah, its wrong, but it's his own damn fault he should have known better.
People aren't animals, and the majority of them can control themselves. No girl dresses the way she does because she wants guys to want to rape her. Girls might dress provocatively to get noticed, but that doesn't mean that everyone who notices her is allowed to violently abuse her. You can say they dress like "total sluts", but that's subjective. To some people, even the most moderately dressed girls would be considered "sluts". You should be allowed to dress and act how you want (within reason) without worrying about the assumptions other people make about you.Its the same with these girls, its not what they wear, its where they wear it and how they act. They KNOW these guys want to fuck and they provoke the situation; they should know better; and if they get raped... Look rape is ALWAYS wrong; but at a certain point these girls have to stop and say "You know what, it wouldnt have happened if I hadnt acted like a total slut."
Girls want attention but then cant handle it when it goes too far. You dont starve a lion only to dance in front of it covered in blood and BBQ sauce and then complain when the lion eats you. Its your own damn fault.
Look at it this way; if I break into an art gallery to steal the Mona Lisa, is it the gallery's fault for having something that I really want? They put it on display, they let me look at it and admire it, but then they won't let me have it. Surely they're asking for it to be taken?
