Games Is GTA5 worth getting or is it too hard to get good online now?

I’m a GTA online avid player and I feel getting into the online world now would be too difficult. The game has moved on so much from the launch. Prices are extortionate and targeted at players who have played since day 1.

I do love the online game though. Some of my favourite gaming moments/memories come from playing it.

Just remember if you play it, don’t try duking it out with other players until you’re over level 100. Also be careful about which business venture you get into, there’s owning night clubs, car warehouses (to steal and sell cars) biker drug businesses (waste of time) plane smuggling (waste of time) and so many more.

You’ll need 4 players for heists bar the first heist which is two player.

I really liked the game, but when I play it, I only play single player these days. Online was fun back in the early days. Now it feels more like just trying to keep the hardcore players in imho by adding new items to grind for. Some of them are fun, but that mode lost its casual appeal to me.

While its single player was flawed and almost abandoned by Rockstar, I still prefer it over online. That said, I rarely like online modes in the first place.
